First time here definitely will be the last. Rooms need updating, no menu ‘s to see whats available in the restaurant, had to walk down to bar to order something to eat after arriving after waiting 30mins to be brought with wrong food to what we actually ordered .No where to say breakfast timings. Breakfast was paid for with room price . We called 3times in the morning since 0830 to ask for breakfast times no pick up from reception. Walked down at 1005 to be told breakfast closes at 10am( not very long for hotel in London)only to look around at restaurant to see about 6 people eating so restaurant so I wasn’t even busy. Lack a lot of attention to detail.

Thank you for your feedback and I am truly sorry that you appear to have some issues. If I can clarify some of the points please - The menu available in the bar is both at reception, on the wall in the lift lobby and available at the bar. There are two signs up in reception with the Food & Beverage operational times and also the breakfast times are on your key card that you would have received on check in. I am truly sorry about any issues that occurred and can assure you this is not our normal service standards and I sincerely hope you will give us the opportunity to show you the true Bridge Hotel

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you had an issue with public transport. The Central Line Underground is within 10 minutes of the hotel and the Number 95 bus to Shepherds Bush leaves from next to the hotel, along with the 92 to wembley which goes from opposite the hotel. I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused

Great hotel for family with kids. Friendly staff and great parking facilities. For a London hotel, this was very fair value vs the the room sizes etc. Limited choice for breakfast but still sufficient

The hotel feels like it was recently refurbished and the room was really clean. The staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast, a normal basic buffet, was good. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel which makes it easy to get around and the underground isn't more than a 10 min walk away. I had a show at Wembley and it was cheaper staying here than around that area but I have no regrets. Overall, it was a good choice and if I ever have business in the area I will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms pictured do not look like the rooms in the hotel. Very outdated rooms, last day of my stay there was no power and hotel doesn't have a back up generator

Thank you for your feedback. We do have emergency back up but this only lasts for a few hours and the outage was an area wide outage and lasted 10 hours and I can only apologise. Ref the rooms, the new owners of the hotel are currently investing in the property and improving the standards and I thank you for your feedback. Very convenient for transport to Wembley, into central London or out onto the motorways to the west. Friendly service from the staff and a good value breakfast. Will happily return.

The Bridge used to be good before Young’s sold it. It’s so poor now. My room had a horrible smell, the toilet is faulty, and water comes out of the shower wall… it’s turned into The Fawlty Towers Experience, London.

The Bridge Hotel was a great place to stay! The staff was warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The hotel offered spacious, clean, comfortable rooms that served us well throughout our stay. The heat worked well, bed was comfy, shower had plenty of hot water, and our first floor room, while facing the parking lot and a busy road was quiet. We opted to have breakfast during our stay and while it was the same each day, it was always fresh and served with a smile. We opted for dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was excellent. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Tube station, but it's an easy walk, with good sidewalks and easy crossings. There's a Tesco near the station for snacks and small toiletries. We used the Bridge Hotel as our home base during our visit to London and have no regrets. We highly recommend the Bridge Hotel and would stay here again.

This place was COMPLETELY different from the pictures on Expedia. It should be a 2-star hotel at a MAX. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. False advertising. I couldn't believe Expedia would allow this sort of thing on their website. They didn't have any still water in the whole building, not even for sale. When we brought this up to Expedia, the manager told them we should drink from the bathroom sink lol. The carpets were filthy with stains. The heater didn't work. They had a mobile heater that also didn't work. Once we turned on the AC to try to get the heater to start, we started getting a leak in the bathroom floor. The bathroom door didn't close. When we flushed the toilets, it smelled like sewage. They didn't have an outlet converter in the entire hotel. The reception room looked nothing like the pictures. They have pictures of nicely decorated and modern rooms; IT IS A LIE. Their rooms are old. When we communicated this to Expedia, they did absolutely NOTHING for us. I spent over 2 hours on an international call. They kept hanging up on us and they gave ZERO resolution. We had 3 rooms for 3 nights and it was the day AFTER CHRISTMAS! Needless to say, we will not be booking anything else with Expedia and will advise all our family and friends about the situation as well. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves.

Great stay and friendly
Very easy check in, free car parking friendly staff, ordered a sandwich as a chef the salad garnish had no dressing and no crisps just boring presentation which I am sure would help as at £6.95 would help solve this Breakfast nice and the chef came out to check it about 3 times, let me check out a bit later All in all great hotel and ideal location for getting in and around London

Average stay. However... 1. No ceiling lighting in rooms - only floor and table lights - which were fitted with antique bulbs which made it difficult to read in the evenings. 2. No telephone to reception in rooms 3. Toilet pan was unusually high 4. Room overlooked nearby housing but there was no privacy net/blinds so had to keep the curtains shut all the time 5. Breakfast options are very limited

Ref breakfast we offer an extensive buffet breakfast with 6 hot items, plus vegetarian items available from the kitchen, plus cereals, yogurts, pastries, fruit, toast, tea & coffee and I can only apologise if there was something you wished that we don't provide.I sincerely hope we can be of service to you again in the future and appreciate your feedback

We stayed here on NYE as went to an event at the ovo arena, was super convenient easy to get Ubers to and from. The hotel staff were lovely, check in was easy and we had dinner and breakfast their food was nice. Good variety of food at breakfast. The room was clean, the only negative was we could hear things from the rooms surrounding us like people using the toilet and plugging in plugs etc, but it didn’t disrupt our sleep. Would recommend it and would stay here again!

We had a great time at the Bridge Hotel, it was the perfect location since it's close to the airport but also a 5-10 minute walk to the tube. Very easy to get into Central London. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early on a flight from the US and got us the first room open after it was ready. Plenty of restaurants nearby in Greenford, the hotel is tucked away and quiet but there is so much right in that area. We highly recommend staying here!
