This apartment was terrible. Didn’t look anything like the pictures. A lot of things in the apartment were damaged, it had an awful smell. We found objects from previous stays. Overall I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway

Property was disgusting....
Apartment was not as announced in the pics,was different and also the location. The unit was very dirty,we can see there was not housekeeping made. Pillows were old and without covers, were not enough pillows for the family (6) only 4, sheets were used and not cleaned at the place.kitchen was disgusting,no batteries in the tv remote and melted chocolate on it , bathtub was old and has dents, shower head not holding in place, the couches were disgusting marketed with a lot of stain.....after i placed a call to have more blankets and sheets,a person appeared after 2 h of check in with sheets and pillows. We were tired and very disappointed 😡about the stay.they never offered to clean the apartment..

Fine, but could have been better.
The wifi was down when I arrived, the washer/dryer combo didn't have instructions and it ended up taking 23 hours to get my clothes out of the locked machine, and while the heater was said to be "off" in all rooms, heat poured out of the washer room (maybe from the water heater? or some other appliance?) heating up the entire place and making it difficult to sleep at night. The stay could have been better.

Property was in good location, cleanliness let it down slightly, would be better with air conditioning as could only open 1 small window even though there was balcony doors & other window to open, temp at 32c, fans provided but of little use

The price of the place is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However it is rental apartment, so there is not much services compared to the hotel. The location of the apartment I got is not the same as the one posted online. From the check-in real estate office, there is quite some walk to this location. And this location is no very close to underground stations. Only some bus stops nearby. There is no room service at this apartment, but if you have any requests you can call the service number for help. Overall it is fair place to stay.

Terrible condition. All windows labelled broken. Kettle broken. No cold water in one shower and can’t be used. Sofa is too dirty to sit on. Call for help but no one come. Suffered for seven days and found another hotel to move out two days earlier than the originally fully paid ten days booking and loosing 400 pounds

Apartment near Tower Bridge
We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of problems with the internet and the washing machine that were addressed immediately and quickly resolved. The apartment felt safe and secure. We enjoyed restaurants that were an easy walk from the apartment. The Thames was a block away.

Good Central location, check in at one point but had to walk to actual apt from there. Didn’t know exact location until check in. Our apt was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. There was NO TOILET PAPER, no instructions for kitchen appliances/washing machine, no dish cloth, no dishwasher soap, no small coffee/tea until we could get to a shop to buy groceries. Having to go out and buy toilet paper the first evening was super frustrating. Communication was fast and efficient via email which was good. Wifi was ok.

Our apartment was about 13-15 walk from the office. Prperty itself was fine and clean but poor communications. On wall it said leave keys on dining table (if i did i could not lock the door!!) Instructions on the card said leave the key in the post/mail box. Clothes washing machine did not have instructions. Called the office, they can't help you if you didn't have booking/rental agreement number!! Address/name would not help!!

The beds are small . There was no washing detergent / liquid/capsule and neither dishwasher tablets though they have washing m/ and dishwasher. Location is real good .

Good location
Good spot for looking around the local area. Ingress of outside noise ruined the whole experience. All eight nights were broken sleeps due noise issues. What looks like newish window units do not filter out much if any of the outside noises.

Stayed in one of theirs property in Bermondsey street close to London Bridge station..location wise it’s perfect!! it’s an old building with very narrow staircase.. however house is comfortable enough for a short stay.. living room is spacious but not the bed room though.. suitable for 2-3 adults! overall I am happy stayed at the apartment!!

Very well located
Very well located, just across road from Guys Hospital and a Tesco Express. Everything you could possibly want close by. Also apartment was very close to 6 Union St main office, very easy to find and get access to.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It was located in an excellent quiet location in the Shad Thames area. Close to the tube station, and a 10 minute walk to London Tower Bridge, and about a 15 minute walk to London Tower and Borough's Market. Staff was very profesional and nice.

Nice flat in Southwark
Close to everything, clean. Could’ve used more amenities for guests. Had issues with elevator which stopped working exactly on our checkout day, so we had to lug 8 pieces of luggage up and down the stairs.

Apartment Amenities but No Frills
This place was passable but not well-cleaned and apartment was really not in great condition -- poor plumbing, broken toilet seat, other signs of wear. Also, TV was not working, which would not have been a big deal for us but was missed, as we were travelling with kids. A few basics could have been provided that would have made the apartment more welcoming: hand towel in the bathroom, available soap for the dishwasher or washing machine (free or for purchase), dish cloth or paper towels, more than 2 cups ... Customer service was good. and location was central; apartment building was quiet, with a beautiful courtyard. We enjoyed our stay, but were a bit nonplussed by this rental.

The hotel isn’t in the address which appears here. We checked in and they didn’t tell us nothing. IT IS FAR FROM THE CENTER. You hace to pick up the keys in one direction and sleep in another (30 minutes away).

Not suitable for a family with infants.
The location, heating and directions were great. However This was not a suitable flat for a family. I had to take the keys from the office which is 20 min away from the flat. The flat was two floors which made it difficult for me to control my 1 year old child. One of the bins smelled really bad. The bed sheets were washed but still stained.

I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.................... What a dump! We don't often leave reviews but this place needs to be known about. After finding out that the apartment was not in the area that we booked, (slight mention about this upon booking) actually the other side of the river and a 20 minute walk away from the check in office, we enter to find an apartment that looked like it had been used for some sort of student squat! A kitchen that had missing panels, a window that did not lock properly (thus noisy and cold air entering) mold around the window, an extractor that looked like it had never been cleaned on top. In the living room the carpet was covered in stains, the sofa bed was broken thus sitting became very uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a renovation - mold around tiles and shower frame, rotten swelling cabinet units, toilet seat that would not stay up, disgusting. Bedroom, small double bed and what they call a black out blind was a pull down blind that sat 3 inches from the window this allowing the light from the office block adjacent to shine through all night and being on a very busy main road it was noisy (as windows don't close properly). Also the front door lock was half on half off so cant imagine the security to be great. Flat 31 Globe View!!!

An OK appartment
The apartment we were allocated was 15 minute walk from Yower bridge. It was clean and was furnished to an acceptable standard. Ikea furniture. The were a few damages in the property when we arrived, cracked splash back behind hob, broken shower head holder in main bathroom, one of the doors in the bathroom cabinet was ready to fall off and there was an obvious cigarette burn on the wooden floor. But the apartment was clean and comfortable and did what we wanted it too.

Within walking distance of Westminster Bridge
Apartment itself was good overall. When picking up the key, it is not within walking distance of the apartment. We had to take a bus to get to the apartment. Make sure you already have a transportation card (called an Oyster card) to pay for the bus. It was about a 15 min bus ride, then another 10 min walk to the apartment from the bus stop. The apartment had lots of stairs to go up ( we were on the third floor). Could be a problem if you had lots of bags, there was no lift. The apartment was near Lambeth North Underground Station and within walking Distance of Waterloo train station. Nice location, close to Underground which we used a lot. At night it was a bit noisy but we were too tired to care. Area was a bit run down but safe enough to walk around during the day. Night time you had to be a bit more carefully. Not a lot of restaurants near us, but there were some within walking distance. No A/C, but was not too hot outside. Could be a problem if it was hot outside because the apartment got a bit hot during the day due to sun. Apartment had two small bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining area and small living room as part of kitchen. Good size for a family of four, was a bit crowded for five. Had a pull out bed which was OK to sleep on. Kitchen had a dishwasher, fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, and a small washing machine. No dryer. Not enough towels and no extra clothes or paper towels to clean up the kitchen if you spilled something.

Although the location was good, the water pressure in the apartment is pitiful.
This apartment could be nice, except the water pressure is terrible. You cannot flush the toilet and then expect water at the sink. The water turns off in the shower if someone uses the kitchen sink, etc. The rooms are nice, but the carpet is visibly dirty. The office where you pick up the key is a 20 minute walk from the apartment; they do not meet you at the apartment but expect you to come to their office while you are hauling all your luggage still. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place to a friend.

Apartments locations Much different than office
The office location is very close to London bridge. However, after you take a cab to get there, you have to take another cab to go to your apartment which can be 1.2 miles away. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. However, we ended up next to Lambeth bridge instead of London Bridge.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay while in London. Tons of room. Perfect location. Two grocery stores super close. Biggest thing is to check the fine print. Check in is at 3pm. And you check in a few blocks from the apartment. They will store you're luggage if you get there early but if you arrive early (from the states) don't expect to get in early to nap and recover from the long flight. Knowing that you won't be disappointed.

Be aware!
It's the luck of the draw with this company! The first night we stayed in the worst place possible (right next to the train line - we could hear everything!) Bathroom sink was clogged, & the foyer was in a state of disrepair. We argued the point with the office & were promised what we had actually paid for, the following day. Stayed near London Bridge for 4 nights, this is exactly what we had paid for & received written confirmation (not the **** hole we stayed at the first night!)

Good hotel in good location
Good Location and apartment in good condition. Check-in was farther than expected to actual flat location. Wifi was free, but terribly slow, so virtually useless.
