There is a private balcony and outdoor terrace. All outdoor spaces are strictly non-smoking. Self check-in starts at 3:00 PM, with keys available at a nearby shop. Enjoy super-fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi for work or streaming. Property Overview: \- 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse, 83 sqm \- Sleeps up to 7 guests (including children and infants) \- Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), in central Holborn, a safe and vibrant area \- Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washer/dryer combo, and more \- Nearest Metro: Chancery Lane (Central Line) Important Booking Info: \- When inquiring, please include details about your group and your visit. \- Strict flat policies must be respected; £800 refundable damage deposit required. Property Details: This 83-sqm penthouse offers a private balcony and outdoor terrace (non-smoking). The living area can serve as a lounge, dining, or home office space, with a double sofa bed, Smart TV, and dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) is ideal for remote work. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a sink, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and more, plus cookware and utensils. A washer/dryer, iron, vacuum, and cleaning supplies are also provided. The Master bedroom has one double bed and one single bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. Linens, towels, and professionally laundered bedding are included. There are two full bathrooms with showers, including an en-suite in the Master bedroom. Both bathrooms have toiletries and a hairdryer. The apartment is sanitized before each stay and heated in winter. Portable fans are provided; no AC. Nice space. However: Opening the door to the apartment building required knowing that you need to push the key down vertically while turning the key; we got “lucky” at 9 pm (well after the 8 pm “ you are on your own” deadline. So it was extremely stressful). Lights in stairwell are not motion sensitive and light switches are not “obvious” for all visitors (look like doorbells). No instructions for washing machine; no washing detergent provided - we left a bunch for the next visitor. Oven does not work. Kitchen sponges were dirty and no new ones were provided. Only one tube of body wash provided in the bathroom for three nights. Bedroom with double bed extremely small; bed pushed up against the wall. Sofa-sleeper in living room had very thin mattress and broken slat. ##### Laura L.
