I was able to access the cancellation policy through Expedia's website for your reservation which is: cancellation more than 2 days prior to arrival - no charges apply. Cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee would be 1-night stay + taxes. This was your policy at the time of booking.I did look into the additional charges mentioned in your review. It looks like when the reservation was made a credit card was provided. The hotel authorized that credit card prior to arrival to secure the funds. Upon arrival a different card was used upon check in which was also authorized. The funds that were on the credit card that was not used to settle the stay have been released and this should be visible on your account. If you are seeing anything different, please reach out to the hotel and we can further investigate.Our apologies again the cancellation was not made within the cancellation window. The atrium here holds a large indoor pool, hot tub, waterslide and so much more. Our guests can find themselves surrounded by lush gardens, waterfalls a large koi pond and even real palm trees! It's always exciting watching guests enter the atrium area who have never been here before. In the warmer months, the roof slides back to the open sky above creating a warm breeze throughout the area. This really gives off a tropical vibe. At night, the atrium area is lit up with pretty lights throughout the area . It truly is a must see/experience.Thank you again for your review. At this time, the waterslide hours are: Friday 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM; Sunday 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Monday – Thursday: Closed.
