Good value for a quick stay

It was a quick overnight stay, late check-in, early departure. But the reservation was handled efficiently and in a friendly fashion. The room was somewhat small, but well appointed and the bathroom exceeded expectations.

Great if you are slim!

We really enjoyed our one night stay. We hate baths and love showers so we're really pleased to have one. The room was not large and the bathroom tiny. A large person could probably not fit between the toilet and hand basin or in the shower but it was okay for us. Was perfect for a one night stay - maybe everything a little compact for a longer stay.

Très déçue de l'accueil et la gestion des problème

Le seul point positif était que la chambre était grande et agréable. Cependant, plusieurs points très négatifs sont à remonter : - un accueil désagréable (une hôtesse qui ne prend même pas la peine de dire bonjour ni au revoir quand on passe à l'accueil le matin et le soir) - des travaux dans l'hôtel avec des encombrants dans les couloirs qui trainent pendant une journée complète (sur le trajet pour aller à la chambre) - une chambre au sous-sol alors que le descriptif indiquait "chambre avec vue sur la ville" - des fenêtres qui donnent sur un mur avec du matériel de travaux et des déchets (j'ai les photos à l'appui si nécessaire) (superbe vue sur la ville !!!). L'hôtesse nous avait indiqué une chambre très agréable et une vue avec fenêtre sans aucun problème ! Aucun signalement des déchets n'a été fait. - aucun geste financier pour s'excuser de la gêne occasionnée.

First of all, we are glad that you appreciated the quality of our room, a large part of the hotel has recently been decorated, that is the reason why there were some works in progress along the stairs. We are sorry for any inconvenience that has caused you. Regarding the approach of our staff, we are a bit surprised to read that our receptionists we are not friendly enough, as we always tried to smile and have a friendly approach with our guests. Good people. Decent hotel. Tiny rooms and showers but that's Europe for you. Overall, it worked for the purpose of my visit.

En general bien, las habitaciones muy pequeñas

En general la experiencia gue buena, fuera de que era tan chiquita la habitacion que casi No cabian 3 maletas medianas, el agua te la venden cuesta 2 libras.
