Good Hotel with Good Staff
My Family and I booked this hotel for 4 nights in July 2016. The first night was inconvenient since the hotel was "overbooked" and the staff mistakenly gave our room to someone else. Thus, the hotel manager sent us to another hotel nearby and they paid for that night. The manager was very apologetic for the inconvenience. We did stay at the Corona for the next 3 nights as planned. To make up for the trouble, the manager gave my family and I free breakfast for the duration of our entire stay. She also waived the departure tax when we checked out. Even though our stay started out bumpy, the remainder of our stay was smooth as silk. We really enjoyed our stay at the Corona and greatly appreciate the staff for being so considerate of our needs. This is one hotel we definitely considering returning to on our next visit to London.
