This two-bedroom apartment offers a simple and functional base in Belgravia. With bright interiors, a private balcony, and a practical layout, the flat is well placed for easy access to Victoria Station and Sloane Square, making it a convenient starting point for exploring London.  
  
 • Living Area: Open-plan lounge with sofa, dining table, and balcony access. Neutral décor and large windows bring in natural light.  
 • Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, with everyday essentials for cooking.  
 • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with a standard bed and storage.  
 • Bathroom: One bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin.  
 • Outdoor Space: Private balcony overlooking the surrounding street.  
  
Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):
