It’s an amazing, very comfortable, and convenient place. We booked the place at the end of May 2025 for an Eric Clapton concert and had a great time. Comfy beds, kitchen has a washer and dryer, living room was cozy, the garden patio was a bonus - we had fabulous weather. Paloma (staff) was very sweet and responsive. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to the tube, great restaurants, shopping near Kensington Park, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Natural History Museum. Be aware, the property is a level below the street and has narrow stair steps. Rolling baggage may be challenging to manage. ##### Randy D. The property is spacious and well laid out, especially for children. Our only suggestions for improvement would be if the apartment offered an alternate coffee maker, such as a Melitta filter (the specialized nespresso pods run out quickly with families that drink coffee). Die Wohnung ist eine der in London typischen Souterrain-Wohnungen, sehr schön eingerichtet, komfortabel groß und top ausgestattet, schöne Bäder und Küche mit allem, was man braucht, alles sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief ebenfalls bestens, da es eine Firma ist, war immer jemand ansprechbar.
