It has a large shared garden and a private patio for you to enjoy some time outdoors. The bay windows and the patio overlook the city, giving stunning views of the London skyline. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a large living room with bay windows, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Currently one of the bedrooms is an office that includes a standing desk- but it includes a sofa bed. The living room also includes a large sofa. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of outdoor space and parks nearby - Finsbury Park is about a 5-10 minute walk. The flat is situated between Crouch End and Finsbury Park, so there are plenty of shops, restaraunts, cafes, pubs and bakeries nearby. It is about a 5-7 minute walk to the Great Northern Line (Harringay) and a 3-5 minute walk to different bus routes.
