The day before we arrived the manager told us that there was a plumbing problem in our unit and that he had to move us to a different unit. This unit was much smaller than the one I saw in the photos when we booked-- it didn't have a proper kitchen and the bathroom was tiny. It was a tight squeeze for my family of five. Reading through other reviews, this seemed to have happened before so I worry it is a "bait and switch" type of situation. Also, the unit was further out of the center of town than the ad suggests-- it's a 12-minute walk to the tube station and then a 20-30-minute ride into the center of London, depending on where you are going. It was a fine, but tight stay for our family of five, but I wish the unit was bigger so that at the end of a long day we weren't on top of each other when relaxing. ##### Karen G. I loved how private and quiet this place is. The accommodation was clean and very well presented. Very comfortable bed. Very good location to the underground. Only one minor flaw was that became se the toilet works on a pump system there is a slight nasty niff from the bathroom, I would suggest some fragrance in the bathroom but as I said this is only a very minor nag.
