A short walk or bus ride away is the Victoria & Albert Museum of Childhood, which exhibits artefacts and a peak into the life of Victorian era children. On Sundays, visit the Columbia Road Flower Market, a bustling market where vendors hawk beautiful blooms and pot plants. The market street is surrounded by independent fashion, antique and homeware stores, as well as a ton of delicious cafes, restaurants, and sweet bakeries. Jump on the number 8 bus (the stop is around the corner on Roman Road) and get to Shoreditch High Street and Brick lane in a matter of minutes! The view over the canal and park area from the balcony was lovely and the apartment was so bright in the day with all of the windows. We would definitely stay here again when in London.
