Green Park, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, London’s theatres and more are in easy walking distance of your apartment. Green Park tube station is 4 minutes’ walk. Piccadilly Circus station is 7 minutes’ walk. Harrod’s in Knightsbridge is a 10 minutes’ drive or 2 stops by tube from Green Park. Your stylish, elegant apartment is a very spacious 100 square meters or 1184 square feet in size and is located on the top (4th floor) of this superbly refurbished building. The lift runs from the Ground Floor entrance to all floors. Your apartment has elegant but modern-style parquet flooring and elegant rugs in appropriate places. The bright and spacious Lounge is open plan to the Dining Area and Kitchen and to the doorway up a few steps to the small roof terrace outside. Air-conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a 3-seat sofa and 2 armchairs facing towards the large 4K Smart TV with satellite channels, which can be concealed. Free WiFi operates throughout the apartment. The Dining Area has seats for 5 with 2 chairs and a 3-seat bench. Ample china, glass and cutlery is provided for your stay. The well-equipped kitchen has 4-ring electric hob with central extract, 2 ovens, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer/dryer and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay. As you step up from the Living area, the elegant Master Bedroom is to your left at the rear of the building and, like all rooms in the building, has central heating and double-glazed windows. Individually controlled air conditioning operates throughout the apartment. The Master Bedroom has a UK King Size bed (= US Queen) and ample wardrobes with drawers elegantly hidden away inside. It has a second 4K Smart TV. The Second Bedroom of the apartment is front facing with double-glazed windows and also has ample wardrobe space with drawers tucked away inside. The Second Bedroom also has a UK King Size bed (= US Queen). A quality single floor mattress can be provided in the living area for a 5th guest, on request, and a cot is similarly available on request. The elegant bathroom for the apartment leads off the hallway adjacent to the Second Bedroom and has ultra-modern separate bathtub and rain shower - with the unusual but practical arrangement of walking through the shower area to the bathtub. Naturally, there is also an ample wash-hand basin and toilet. The hallway of the apartment has entryphone and a second, glass door outside the apartment (just past the lift, which is right outside) protects you from any possible noise on the staircase. One of just 4 very stylish contemporary apartments in this building, you can book this along with one of the spacious Three Bedroom apartments below or the One Bedroom apartment on the First Floor, if you have a larger party than the 2-bedroom apartment alone can accommodate. I found the apartment to be very sparse. We had our two children traveling with us and I had to ask for linens so one could sleep on the couch. The couch turned out to be the best for sleeping. The beds were VERY firm with no additional blankets for the couch or beds if you were cold. There were very minimal dishes in the cupboards. For the price we paid I felt like there could have at least been some coffee/tea/basic spices and a bread knife to use. We had to ask for more toilet paper, garbage bags etc. The outdoor space is OK but some patio furniture would have been nice. Compared to other short term rentals that we've stayed at for this amount of money I found it lacked any charm or cozy feeling. ##### Kristin J. Great location, amenities and plenty of space with our luggage. The TV, kitchen and living area were great and we enjoyed the roof deck, there was plenty of space for us all. We spent long days out on the town, so having this gem in the city to come back to was a plus! Plenty of dining and shops within walking distance, great proximity to Buckingham palace and green park! There is an elevator too, which was important as it’s on the 4th floor. The only thing that I wish would be improved is the comfort level on both mattresses in the guest rooms. They both were rock hard, and when staying for more than 3 nights and not getting a good nights sleep really affects you. This flat in Mayfair was the perfect place to launch our incredible family vacation in London. Its central location made it quick and easy to explore the area via foot or tube. 2 min walk to the tube, pubs accross the street, 5 min walk to Buckingham Palace, 10 min to Soho for fabulous dinners! Bob and team met us when we arrived with a key and tour of the flat and was helpful throughout our stay. The flat was spacious accommodating our family of four (2 teens). The shower and hot water were noteworthy as amazing! One suggestion would be upgrade the beds / pillows - they were very hard (but minor inconvenience). ##### Creah M. It is right where you want to be, walking distance to everything. The unit is large, lots of windows, clean and comfortable. The managers are very responsive, we had an elevator that only worked part of our stay, but they were on it and kept us informed. One word of caution, so to speak, you are renting an apartment, not a hotel room, there will be no well stocked coffee or tea bar, or a plethora of soaps and shampoos, so make the trek around the corner to the store and purchase what you need when you get there. It was a minor inconvenience, and one we would endure again, given the apartment and its location. ##### David L. This is a very clean, modern, well located apartment, perfect for a very short stay. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), staying for over a month. We had a couple issues along the way, and all of them were taken care of right away. The apartment is poorly equipped, specially the kitchen. We had a very few amount of plates, glasses, cups, silverware, pans and kitchen utensils (there were no cutting board, scissors, garlic mincer), making it really hard to cook. The air conditioner is another issue, it makes a water flow noise that makes sleeping really hard. They tried to fix it, and although it got better, the issue came back after a couple days, and we gave up. ##### mariana m. Only 3 blocks from the Underground station, this condo was the perfect location for our family to explore London. Lots of space and very quiet. This unit was also very clean and well maintained.
