Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or on business, this urban retreat is your ideal home-away-from-home.  
Experience Shoreditch's vibrancy and enjoy the comfort of this metropolitan sanctuary. Live and make lasting memories in your Shoreditch haven.  
  
Discover the pinnacle of modern living in this welcoming 2-bedroom apartment, quietly situated on a serene side street yet just moments away from the vibrant energy of Brick Lane and Shoreditch High Street Station.  
  
The living area epitomizes contemporary elegance, furnished with a plush sofa, armchair, and large flat-screen TV. A dining area for four seamlessly blends into a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, stocked with all the essential cooking utensils.  
  
Both bedrooms serve as your personal sanctuaries, offering ample storage and outfitted with fresh, hotel-quality linen on cozy double beds. The master bedroom is further enhanced with an en-suite bathroom.  
  
Both bathrooms are stocked with soft towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.  
  
Family-friendly amenities, such as a high chair and baby cot, ensure a convenient and enjoyable stay for everyone.  
  
The flat will be sparkling clean upon your arrival, thanks to our professional cleaning service. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your stay in this modern gem!  
  
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.  
  
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!  
  
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.  
  
I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30.  
  
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!  
  
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time.  
  
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.  
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.  
  
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.  
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.  
  
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
