Nightmare in London
I had an awful experience with this company. When I arrived in London it took me three hours to obtain a working telephone number for the company and the location of the apartment where I was supposed to stay. I gave up and ended up booking a hotel room somewhere else losing my $345 payment since it was non-refundable. Shortly before 10 pm the company called me to inform me they had the keys to my apartment. When I went to check the apartment at 10 pm I found it dirty; bedsheets had not been changed, alcohol bottles everywhere and a toilet paper roll in the dining room. I called to complain and the keys to another apartment were sent via taxi which arrived at 11 pm. I collected the keys but left the apartment choosing to go to hotel I had booked earlier when this company could not get their act together.
