Nightmare in London

I had an awful experience with this company. When I arrived in London it took me three hours to obtain a working telephone number for the company and the location of the apartment where I was supposed to stay. I gave up and ended up booking a hotel room somewhere else losing my $345 payment since it was non-refundable. Shortly before 10 pm the company called me to inform me they had the keys to my apartment. When I went to check the apartment at 10 pm I found it dirty; bedsheets had not been changed, alcohol bottles everywhere and a toilet paper roll in the dining room. I called to complain and the keys to another apartment were sent via taxi which arrived at 11 pm. I collected the keys but left the apartment choosing to go to hotel I had booked earlier when this company could not get their act together.

Cheap scam

They have now updated how to obtain keys to the apartment. It took me an hour to get an address from the Apartment company or hotels.com. Where I was given keys, I had to walk 17 minutes to the apartment. I should have taken an Uber. Customer service there was horrible. The apartment was in a great lively location, but that was the only benefit of this apartment. The pictures on the website do not represent the apartment we stayed in. The beds were cheap and broken, so we could only use half of one of the beds or else the mattress would sink. There is no way these should be listed as luxury. There was a washer, but no dryer. They only provide one body towel per guest, so we had to do laundry during our stay because they clean the apartment once a week, but we only stayed 4 nights. It can be noisy at night, so bring earplugs or sleep on the couch away from the street. The couch was nice and could sleep two people, too bad the cushions are extremely uncomfortable. There are tiny ants that roam the bathroom and kitchen. The wifi did not work for any one on any device. There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. They also only give one small bar of soap for toiletries. I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.
