Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. The flat is located on a secure floor with lift access and an intercom system. Self check-in details will be provided before your arrival for a smooth entry process. STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISES. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of £300. There will be some complimentary tea and instant coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby. Please make sure to bring your own if you run out during your stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
