Great for preparing anything from breakfast to dinner. 🛋️ Living/Dining: Bright open-plan layout with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, large TV, and a dining table for 4 guests. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. The flat is located on a secure floor with lift access and an intercom system. Self check-in details will be provided before your arrival for a smooth entry process. STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISES. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of £300. There will be some complimentary tea and instant coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby. Please make sure to bring your own if you run out during your stay. Paid parking options nearby if you're arriving by car. However, guests are advised to make their own parking arrangements, as we cannot provide parking or parking arrangements. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
