Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Voyageur vérifié 13 août 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Appartement spacieux et très agréable près d'Elephant & Castle Avec l'ensemble des explications mises à disposition en amont, tout a été clair ce qui a rendu la procédure d'entrée très facile et la communication avec le gérant a été très facile, très grande réactivité. L'immeuble est récent. Bien que la photo de la terrasse ne corresponde pas à celle de l'appartement qui nous a été mis à disposition (un mur à la place du garde-corps rendant la vue un peu moins dégagée), et malgré de légers défauts esthétiques, l'appartement était top : propre, spacieux, confortable. Au 16ème étage, nous avions une belle vue sur les alentours. Seul petit bémol : une des fenêtres (celle d'une des deux chambres) ne s'ouvrait pas complètement en raison d'un système de sécurité alors qu'en raison de la température, il aurait été plus agréable de pouvoir l'ouvrir complètement, néanmoins l'appartement dispose de ventilateurs. La zone est bien desservie. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste en bas de l'immeuble. Le quartier est très sympa, il y a des supermarchés à proximité (juste en bas de l'immeuble et le moins cher semblant être Morrisons à environ 8 minutes à pied). Coté resto, il y a de quoi se sustenter à proximité.
