Location was good and also the property (boutique hotel style)
Staff are friendly and professional. Hotel room had all the amenities as well as having loads of character.
Check in had a minor blip but apart from that Amazing Stay! The staff really do make this hotel 5*. You must try the cocktails, especially the old school classics made by Dimo. Dimo also recommended many decent places to visit which I did, he has great knowledge of the area..totally the go to guy ...
The shower at this property is fantastic. Electronic controls with message. Staff was great, very accommodating and helpful with everything!
Gorgeous property, nice design details and fantastic team. Love the location walking distance to so many great restaurants and shopping area and still very close and convenient for work meetings in Mayfair.
Everything! Loved it there. Location, staff, rooms, definitely will be back!
i liked the location of course. it was right in the middle of everything. i liked the professional staff that really cared about their guests. it was a noisy neighborhood, but i never head a sound from hallway or doors closing. and the outside noise was easily handled by closing the double windows. ...
Excellent customer service, everyone at the front desk was very attentive
This is the perfect spot for enjoying all of London’s “main attractions”, for quickly reaching trnasport anywhere, and enjoying Soho
