The rooms are only a bed and washroom, no other amenities, no table, TV, or place to put luggage. Good location to theatre district, very clean and new, but a lot of money to pay for the location. Would recommend finding a better hotel.

Depends what you need out of your stay, super convenient to walk everywhere needed. However super basic rooms with 1 pillow each, no storage place for any baggage and need to be close with who you’re sharing with as the toilet screen hides nothing. Staff not very helpful when asking for extra pillow and were quite rude when asked for recommendations or assistance. Hallway floors need a good clean and it’s a bit of a maze to find your room especially as rooms have no windows, and shower was lovely but needed scrubbed and felt super unhygienic. For me I feel it was overpriced as what we paid for didn’t equate to the standard of property.

Zedwell was very conveniently located near everything you need, shopping, transit and restaurants. The staff were very attentive as soon as you enter the lobby and very welcoming. The rooms are a tad small but it's well labeled/described in the description. Zedwell was worth it for us as it was everything we needed.

The Zedwell Piccadilly Hotel’s location is excellent. The rooms are overly minimalist. The lack of a desk is a liability for business travelers or students. Housekeeping staff twice entered my room while I was in it, to deliver towels and toilet tissue.

LOCATION LOCATION! In the heart of London. Walking distance to everything.. however…. The room is the size of a small shipping container… and they DO NOT clean the room daily so be prepared to clean your room and make your bed in vacation

Rooms are very small with no table no chair no TV Bed is basically a mattress on a slightly raised wooden floor dark gray walls with no pics in the hallways making it dificultb to navigate like being in a cave. Tried to upgrade to a bigger room they would not let me. Horrible

The room has no window and no small light for the pitch darkness at night. No electric outlet for computer or electric razor. Only 4 device plug ins. Bed was uncomfortable. At check in lobby was filled with people waiting because check-in time was set for 3PM but rooms could be gotten immediately for an additional 60 pounds. The clientele of this facility didn't look like they could afford this.

The location of the property is excellent. The room itself was not what I was expecting. There are no windows. There is a slightly frosted glass wall separating the shower and toilet are from the rest of the room. You can clearly see the outline of the person in there, can clearly hear the bathroom being used as well. Luckily they had a public bathroom area in the basement we would use in the basement. No hairdryers and if you eat you can rent one for 10 pounds. The service and the location were the only good things about the hotel. If you are staying with anyone other than a spouse, showering and using the toilet is pretty uncomfortable. For that reason don’t think I’d stay again. And no windows, which made it kind of dark. And the room was really small. Not much space to put a suitcase even. Very unusual space.

It was a good location however the cocoon concept was weird. No tables, chairs etc was difficult as everything went on the floor. The platform beds are not a good concept for anyone who has mobility issues. Trying to get off the platform is difficult. As I was getting off I fell very hard, hit my head on the corner of the glass shower corner, and severely damaged my knee and had to hobble around the city in a lot of pain. I told the manager and all I got was a query if I needed to go to hospital. I David no but did not want to stay in a room with platform bed so they put us in one with 2 twin beds, but there were dust bunnies still on the floor. Second worse hotel I have ever stayed at

LOUD. Floor 2 is right above a popular loud bar open till 3 am. The walls actually shake with reverb and it’s unbearably loud. The rooms have no windows, tv or luggage lift so everything including the mattresses are on the floor. We actually loved the modern style but the advertising promises solitude and sound proof floors & walls. Clearly false advertising and the people booking the rooms know that floor 2 is TOO LOUD.

The area is good but the rooms is a sucks. There are little like a storage. No TV, no phone, no desk, no closet, no windows. It's cost most from the benefits we receive. I will never recommend this hotel
