The shower stalls were leaking, and the room service was insistent on cleaning although we were more of a swap less towels to help the environment kind of family. I understand it is their job to check up, and we appreciate it. However some clients are just more self sustaining. Overall good for business travel, family vacation, average.

When you arrive you are greeted with warm smiles and helpful staff. The room and environment is very clean. They cleaned the room and made the bed everyday. The one downside is the elevator was having some issues. I would definitely stay at this hotel or associated venues again.

The service and staff is excellent. Great location, quiet and accessible to several Underground stations! Good deal and good food selection on the Breakfast package. We were expecting more of their spa, but were told that only the relaxation room is included and the none of treatments are included. That point could be made clearer to us. The pool was clean and welcoming, it was one of the biigest deciding factor in us booking the hotel, but we missed out on several time slots because of Bank holiday causing it to close earlier than expected, and we weren't told that beforehand. The bathroom and all amenities are great except our shower leaked and water pooled on the floor, making it a big nuisance!

This property has great potential but is very poorly run. Rooms not cleaned by 6 pm, spa closed at random times and when open full of screaming children. Pool half shut down for private lessons cramming all guests into very small area making it unswimmable.

This hotel is situated in a great area with lots of options for food and transportation that are walkable. While the hotel is very fancy the cleaning is poor. Our room was not cleaned until after 3pm the first day, we did not get enough towels and garbage was left for days. This property has a lot of potential but needs to put focus on customer service and being helpful to guests who pay a lot to stay there.

Excellent location. Light and airy hotel, staff were very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was superb, well worth paying the extra. Two down sides were that the bath was not clean, there was hair and some shampoo/condition are in it where it had not been cleaned properly. The second downside was the pillows. They were rock hard and very uncomfortable.

Good location near St. Paul, close to tube and bus stops and easy taxi pickup. Breakfast is a nice selection. The room got to about 70 degrees F on coldest temps. Darkout curtains help temps and light for napping mid day. Came at various hours all day with no issues.
