\-The villa has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with an air-conditioner and an attached washroom.  
\- 1 Small bedroom doesn't have a AC but fan & cooler available  
\-All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request  
\- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

\-The living area can accommodate up to 10 people  
\- A flat screen TV with DTH connection is available  
\- Guests have access to WiFi and a music system

equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply
