Great hotel. Excellent breakfast and set up perfectly for cyclists with a well equiped bike maintenance area. Close to town to walk in for some great restaurants and old town village.
I did not stay here, the hotel moved us to the Palace Hotel due to a technical fault. The Palace is a sister hotel and I could not fault it, breakfast was fabulous.
Came with a group if 5 people and had a wonderful time. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely return. Staff was very friendly, parking was easy, and breakfast was delicious. And an unusually large and diverse selection compared to what we usually see when traveling in Europe.
This was a beautiful hotel. We were offered a room on the front which was of a good size but with no balcony and was quite dark. The hotel was very accommodating when we asked if we could change rooms. The alternative was smaller, but was the opposite side of the hotel, had outside space and was brighter. There are views of the mountains from both sides. The hotel was full as there was a local festival and an organised cycle event. Despite this the service at breakfast and dinner was very good, a varied choice of foods and helpful staff with our lack of Italian.

Everyone very friendly and accommodating. Rom was comfortable and clean.
The measure of any service is how much they go out of their way to help a client. Baita Clementi went way beyond what you would expect of a hotel to help me and my party when we had an issue with our hire vehicle. They actually fixed the mini bus we had better than we could have expected for no cost. It was just an indicator of the high levels of service from all staff we experienced, all hotels should be like this. Can’t fault them in anyway and hope to come back soon.
Great hotel for cyclist - they have a nice work station with bike stand and wash area. I had to assemble by bike (including installing the fork) and disassemble so this came in handy. Breakfast was huge and great after riding the Stelvio.
We enjoyed staying at the Baita Clementi. A few great surprises awiated us like a fantastic restaurant, and access to a spa/wellness center that was included in our room price. Breakfast was amazing. this place is great for families and couples. They are well set up for both skiers and bike enthusiasts!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food very good although a different selection for children at dinner would have been helpful as the set menu was far too much for ours to eat. Wellness centre very clean and well organised.

Good size room but over priced with poor service
The hotel reception was uninviting and service was extremely poor as we found during our stay first night we took dinner at the hotel.all the vegetables are buffet style and are cold set out on tables not on a hot plate. There is only a choice of three main courses for 30 euro per head.DO NOT EAT THERE for evening meals. The bar area has only metal garden furniture to sit on.We had a problem with the car getting damaged so i asked for cctv which is displayed in the reception but was told it does not work. At breakfast which again is all cold they offer half cooked eggs or cold boiled eggs the pancakes are on a hot plate that is cold so put them in the toaster.the coffee machine is ok there is only one choice of milk it is unknown if it is full fat or soya as it tastes like nothing we have ever tasted. The cereals on offer are the cheapest I have ever tasted. At breakfast we sat at a table with the number 208 on it we were in 310 we were told move to another table that had 412 on it on asking why the girl said the table was reserved for the evening meal although it was set for breakfast this happened three times during our stay but there was never a table with the number 310 on.Overall good size clean room very poor food choices unless you like everything cold.the staff are unwelcoming and unhelpful they offered me a 10% discount on my next stay I said I would not be coming back to this hotel ever again they did not ask why they were not concerned.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HOTEL
The hotel was generally nice - but the facilities were too small for a ski resort hotel (Sauna, whirl pool, relaxation area)
The breakfast was medium - but the restaurant dynamics were lacking - staff were formal and not over friendly, and there was a feeling that we were being watched as how we were eating.
There was no kettle in the room and the reception refused to provide one.

Personale gentile, camera con balcone pulita e comoda, colazione abbondante ottima. Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro!
Lo consiglio sicuramente per un soggiorno a Bormio!
Tutto molto pulito e curato. Colazione ottima. Ambiente accogliente e rilassante. Posizione fantastica, vicino al centro. Personale cordiale e disponibile.
