At a distance of 150 km, just an hour and a half from Athens, in the quiet settlement of Kedros in Arkitsa, Fthiotida, 100 m. from the sea and 5 minutes from the Arkitsa - Loutra Edipsos ferry, a fully equipped studio of 56 sq.m. is for rent, capable of accommodating 2 to 4 people, with 1 double and 2 single beds, with large perimeter verandas with unlimited sea views on a plot of 612 sq.m., with garden, recently renovated, with parking, access by independent external staircase, TV, WIFI, new refrigerator, oven, kitchenette, washing machine. Very nice location amidst greenery, ideal for nearby excursions: 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Kamena Vourla, 1 hour & 10 minutes from picturesque Arachova, 1 hour & 20 minutes from Delphi, 1 hour & 10 minutes from the beautiful mountain village of Pavliani on Mount Oiti and just 45 minutes by ferry boat from the spa town of Edipsos.
