« Les hôtesses d’accueil sont exceptionnelles. Réactives. Elles m’ont même proposées de m’aider à distance pour me donner les coordonnées d’un partenaire commercial. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Il manquait peut être pour les occidentaux des croissants et du vrais jus d’orange mais nous avons apprécié les mets malaisien La chambre et surtout le lit sont très confortables. Petit bémol peu de choses à faire autour de l’hôtel »

« This is not a hotel. Its a collection of motel style rooms for which you need a code to get into a mail box where you might find a room key. But first you have to find the place. Location as shown on hotels.com is jsut plain wrong and misleading. The local people have never heard of Rail Suite Aeropod. Even the security guy in the building had no idea. They may know it as Cactus Rail Suites. You must make contact with the provider who will send you the code to your mail box. And when you...

« There is nothing under the suite. Just like living on an island. Needs to walk a long way to town may be 15 minutes. The customer service is not responding. The furniture is old. The only good point is cheap. »

« I stayed for 2 nights in different rooms. The only problems was splashing water from the hose connecting to the heater when turning water on. Second, the water tap on in the kitchen nearly loose from the sink. Tea cups too small and coffee packet and tea bag not enough for 4 persons room. »

« It is a BnB not a hotel. Have to contact agent on what’s app to get code and let yourself in, washing machine was in the middle of kitchen not connected. kitchen was not the cleanest. 6 dinning room chairs, 5 where broken. Bathroom seat broken lots of mould. Door locked behind us and needed code to get back in but got locked out for 20 minutes. We booked the room for the use of the pool but the pool was closed. Very disappointing. »

« Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend! »

"Les hôtesses d’accueil sont exceptionnelles. Réactives. Elles m’ont même proposées de m’aider à distance pour me donner les coordonnées d’un partenaire commercial. Le petit déjeuner était complet. Il manquait peut être pour les occidentaux des croissants et du vrais jus d’orange mais nous avons apprécié les mets malaisien La chambre et surtout le lit sont très confortables.
