#### Tolles Holzhaus nahe Bodden
Ein schönes Holzhaus mit 2 identischen Wohneinheiten im ruhigen Dorf. Der kleine Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zum Strand am Bodden sind es 20 min zu Fuß. Einkaufen kann man im nahegelegenen Lubmin oder Greifswald. Das Haus mit Holzofen hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und nur 5 min mit dem Auto vom Meer. Aus der Anzeige wurde uns nicht klar, dass es sich um eine Hälfte des Hauses handelt. Ein bisschen mehr Erstausstattung wäre schön gewesen: Müllbeutel, Kaffee für den ersten Morgen, Öl zum Kochen, …

#### Leider war alles sehr weit entfernt. Vorallem ein Bäcker in der Nähe hat uns gefehlt.
Das Haus war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte zum Teil abgenutzt.

Wir haben den 11tägigen Aufenthalt in dem komplett ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Seebad Lubmin ist ein echter Geheimtipp und eine ernsthafte Alternative zu Usedom. Golfer sollten unbedingt die beiden wenig frequentierten und perfekt gepflegten Plätze des Golfparks Strelasund spielen

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten...vor allem die Sitzecke mit Panoramafenster ist ein Traum...wir haben die Ruhe und Entschleunigung sehr genossen...allerdings waren wir auch froh, daß wir die Räder dabei hatten...so konnten wir unseren Radius wesentlich vergrößern...Ausflüge nach Usedom, Greifswald etc. sind von hier super machbar...

Wir waren 9 Tage in den Osterferien im Loi Black und hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit. Wir hatten beide Häuser und konnten es uns sehr gemütlich machen. Die großen Fenster mit der Sitzfläche waren hier mein absoluter Lieblingsort. Mein Sohn spielte im Sandkasten fröhlich vor sich hin, während wir anderen das Wetter auf der Terrasse genossen. Der Weg bis zum Meer ist super zu erreichen und auch mit kleinem Kind sehr gut zu meistern. Die Ausstattung in den Häusern war super. Vielleicht passt noch irgendwo eine Salatschleuder hin - das war das einzige was uns einmal fehlte. Aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau ;-) Es war wirklich wunderschön! Und die sehr sehr sehr tolle Dame der Reinungsfirma sendete mir auch noch meinen Terminkalender hinterher. Ich bin ihr sehr dankbar. Alles in allem ein rundum toller Aufenthalt

Regen, strahlender Sonnenschein, Schnee - es war alles dabei! Und hier ist es völlig egal, wie das Wetter ist - in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus kann man einfach nur maximal entspannen! Wir waren nun zu jeder Jahreszeit in Loi Black, nun auch Anfang Januar mit Stille, Kamin und vielen Strandspaziergängen … und werden wiederkommen!

#### Erholung am Kamin
Für ein Wochenende im Winter genossen wir den Aufenthalt in einer der beiden Wohnungen in diesem wunderbaren, gepflegten Holzhaus. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Der zentrale Kamin und die Sitzgelegenheiten bieten im auch in der kalten Jahreszeit eine wohlige Gemütlichkeit. Die zwei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mein Mann und ich haben Ende September eine Woche im Loi Black verbracht. Wir haben uns im Holzhaus, das angenehm nach Holz riecht, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig für zwei Personen. Die andere Wohnhälfte war zeitweise auch besetzt, was aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, um mit dem Auto Tagesausflüge auf die Insel Usedom zu unternehmen.

#### Kurzurlaub in Loissin
Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr etc. war ausreichend und in guter Qualität vorhanden. Mir persönlich war es zu viel Holz, das Schlafzimmer unten war deshalb sehr dunkel und drückend (Wände, Decke und Fußboden) alles aus dem gleichen Holz, das wirkte ein bisschen wie eine Höhle. #### Wunderschönes Haus und Grundstück
Das Haus ist so schön, wie es die Fotos vermitteln. Auch das Grundstück ist sehr schön. Wir hatten mit drei Generationen das ganze Haus gemietet. Im Garten und Terrasse kann man sonniges Wetter genießen, bei schlechtem Wetter ist im Haus ausreichend Platz. Mit Auto oder Fahrrad sind Usedom oder Greifswald schöne Ausflugsziele. Die Strände in Loissin und Lubmin sind näher und auch schön, nur das Wasser am Bodden lädt im Sommer nicht immer zum Baden ein. Im Garten ist im Baum ein Hornissennest, das uns aber auch mit drei kleinen Kindern nicht gestört hat.

#### Tolles Ferienhaus :-)
Wir haben zwei Wochen im August/September im LoiBlack verbracht. Wir alle haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Unseren Kindern hat das Haus auf Anhieb gefallen, besonders schön fanden sie ihr "eigenes Reich" unter dem Dach. Wir hatten oft eher herbstliches Wetter, daher haben wir den Kaminofen abends sehr genossen und tagsüber das große Fenster, das auch bei trübem Wetter viel Licht ins Haus ließ. Auch die sonstige Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, viel Küchenzubehör, Sonnenliegen für die Terasse) haben wir als großzügig und angenehm empfunden. Unsere persönlichen Highlights waren der wunderbare Ausblick in den Garten und die sonnige Terasse mit lautem Vogelgezwitscher (im Baum wohnte vorübergehend eine große Schar Stare). Was uns gefehlt hat: ein größerer Wäscheständer (auf dem jetzigen kann man nur eine halbe Maschine Wäsche trocknen) sowie Informationen zur Müllentsorgung (wie soll der Müll getrennt werden?). Sonst war alles prima und wir können das LoiBlack weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr glücklich über das Haus und Sauberkeit, Garten etc. es gibt nur ein Minimarkt im dorf.keine Cafe, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermarkt, Eisdiele etc. daher4sterne für die Umgebung.Ansonsten Stadt Greifswald war ganz in der Nähe.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit herrlichen Garten. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Kleine Minimarkt im Ort mit Brötchen Service. In Lubmin sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch am Sonntag geöffnet. Es war sehr schön!

Ein sehr schönes, stilvolles Haus mit kleinem Garten, der ausreichend Platz bietet zum schattigen Spielen für Kinder. Einziger "Mangel" - das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, auch zur anderen Haushälfte hin. Wer da etwas empfindlich ist, sollte Ohropax einpacken ;-)

Wunderbares Holzhaus, schöne Lage. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine sehr sauber! So fühlt man sich wohl. Schlafzimmer unten wirkt durch das Holz eher beengend. Das Schlafzimmer oben ist ganz toll! Der Garten und die Terrasse sind großartig! Grill, Feuerschale, Hängematte, Liegestühle,.... alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist gut ( in Waschbecken und Wäscheständer könnte bei Gelegenheit investiert werden). Die Dame vom Reinigungsservice ist freundlich und bemüht! Vielen Dank dafür! Ingesamt die mit Abstand beste Unterkunft, die wir in dieser Gegend je hatten. Preisleistung toll! Wir freuen uns sehr auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Wir Freuen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Loissin, das Haus ist sehr schön und der Garten perfekt für Kinder!

Insgesamt sehr schönes Wohnerlebnis. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Untersetzer, gelbe Mülltüten, zwei/drei Haken mehr, Klammern etc) fehlen noch, aber uns hat es ansonsten gut gefallen. Morgens weckt der Hahn von gegenüber, aber dafür kann das Haus ja nichts...
