### Cottage on the Bay of Greifswald between the sun islands of Rügen and Usedom
This property was once used as a day laborer Kate and completely renovated in 2007\. The old and cozy character of the house was able to be preserved, and so offers this wonderful property with its half-timbered, the bricks originally preserved to a large extent and the thatched roof.
The terrace house is very well insulated, so that tourists can withdraw in strong sunlight in a cool environment. In winter, the comforting warmth of the underfloor heating convinced.
The charm of the house is enhanced by a sophisticated and modern equipment, so the tourists will find a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, for example. Of course, only very good ceramics and natural stone tiles were used in the construction.
In the kitchen you will find everything to make your stay in our beautiful environment pleasant. In addition to a dishwasher and oven can be found pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc .. A coffee maker and toaster and kettle are also on site. Upon arrival is ready a small starter set (dishwasher tablets, washing up cloth, filter bags, toilet paper, etc.) for the first few days.
In the dining area of the kitchen you will find a modern table with 6 chairs and a large fridge-freezer. In the display case can be games and books explore.
On the ground floor there is also a large room with bunk beds, sofa (extra bed) and cupboard. The adjacent utility room has a washing machine, which we will gladly provide free of charge.
About a beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a wide dormer, bed and small table. Not only the tech-savvy tourists will be pleased Wii the high-quality hi-fi system (Harman / Kardon) and Philipp TV with Nintendo. Even on less beautiful days is so worried for a variety of entertainment.
In the bedroom, you are offered a carefully crafted walk-in closet next to the double bed.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price! They can also be booked for a fee to do so.
That the house corresponding plot measures 1100 square and should of course be used by you. It offers a terrace with furniture and grill a little Wildbeet and a children's playhouse with sandbox. For total relaxation, the hammock provides.
There are fruit trees and shrubs on the property, who would like to be harvested by you.
The cozy place is located only 15 km from the Hanse - and university town of Greifswald and is known for its castle with herb market. In spring and summer the residents and tourists delighted with the pair of storks, which breeds on the steeple over. There are 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is just 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There are waiting table tennis, volleyball court and restaurant. For the smaller holidaymakers there is a playground just 200 meters away from the house.
The very popular resort of Lubmin offers mini golf and horseback riding several shops, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bars and restaurants and a wonderful beach and is a 10-minute drive or optional 30 minute bike trip achieved.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in tollem Reetdach Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung. Man kann viele Ausflüge mit Kindern von Loissin aus machen (Meeresmuseum, Strand, Dino Park… ), und wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt, können sich die Kinder im gut ausgestatteten Kinderzimmer beschäftigen. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und dem dortig zuständigem Hausmeister. Toller, großer Garten zum Spielen für die Kids, schöne Terrasse für die Eltern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider enttäuschend!1\. Das bei der Reservierung versprochene kostenlose Wäschepaket sollte dann doch extra kosten.2\. Das WLAN (angeblich schnelles Glasfaser) funktionierte die vollen 14 Tage nicht. 3\. Der Liegestuhl auf den Fotos war gar nicht vorhanden.4\. Die Hängematte war zwar vorhanden, hatte aber nichts mit der auf den Fotos gemein und war zudem schmutzig und fleckig.5\. Das Spielhaus war auch sehr schmutzig und voller Spinnweben und lud so gar nicht zum spielen ein.5\. Die Küchenausstattung sollte bei der Reinigung auch mal angeschaut werden. Die Spannengriffe waren z. T. schon sehr lose und die Beschichtungen defekt. 6\. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Aber okay, hier sind die Geschmäcker verschieden.7\. Haken / Handtuchtrockner /Ablage im Badezimmer! Leider ein sehr verbreitetes Problem in FeWo.8\. Leider gab es überhaupt keine Fliegengitter und keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer.Schön war die ruhige Lage, das Spielzeug und die Bücher im Kinderzimmer und der große Garten.

#### Tolle Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sauber und es ist alles da, was man als Gast braucht. Das Kinderzimmer ist ein Traum mit ganz viel Spielzeug. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und die persönliche Begrüßung durch den Hausmeister waren sehr gut. Gern wieder!

#### Schöne Wohnung mit großem Garten in ländlicher Gegend
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der Garten ist sehr groß und lädt zum spielen und erholen ein. Das Kinderzimmer ist mit Spielsachen für alle Altersgruppen ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist allgemein sehr gut. Wir persönlich haben nur eine Mikrowelle vermisst, haben uns aber ausgeholfen, indem wir unsere Babynahrung im Wasserbad aufgewärmt haben. Im Wohnzimmer stand eine Nintendo-WI und im begehbaren Kleiderschrank war eine bunte Mischung an Büchern vorhanden, daher hätte man auch den ein oder anderen Schlechtwettertag verbringen können. Der Hausmeister hat uns jederzeit bei Problemen oder Fragen seine Erreichbarkeit angeboten. Die nächsten Versorgungsmöglichkeiten sind ca 10-15min Fahrtzeit in Greifswald oder Lubmin. Die Unterkunft selbst befindet sich in sehr ländlicher Gegend, in einem kleinen Ort.

#### Tolle Familienunterkunft
Eine fantastische Ferienunterkunft für die Familie nur einen Spaziergang/ eine kurze Radtour vom Strand entfernt. Unser 3-jähriger Sohn hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Es gibt einen tollen Garten mit Sandkasten, Kinderhaus und Hängematte sowie jede Menge Spielsachen im Kinderzimmer, sollte das Wetter mal nicht so gut sein. Dazu ausgesprochen nette und hilfbereite Gastgeber! Danke

#### Sehr gute Unterkunft
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist super die Entfernung nach Greifswald und Umgebung perfekt. Ein Mangel sollte trotzdem angesprochen werden. Die Badewanne ist extrem hoch, und von Nöten ist ein fliegenvorhang an der Terrassen Tür.

#### Heerlijke vakantiewoning, ideaal voor gezinnen
Fijn vakantiehuis, rustig gelegen met veel ruimte in en om het huis. Speelkamer met heel veel speelgoed waar de kinderen zich uren mee kunnen vermaken. Zelfs een campingbedje is aanwezig. De bartafel als eettafel kan een uitdaging zijn met kinderen, maar verder is het zeer geschikt om met het gezin te verblijven. Speelhuisje buiten met zandbak is ook erg leuk!

Wer wirklich Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch von außen, modern innen. Alles was zu einer Ferienwohnung gehört, ist vorhanden. Wenn man Kinder mithat, gibt es viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im großen Garten, aber auch im Haus. Zu dem eine hochwertige Musikanlage, wo man seine Musik wirklich genießen kann.

#### Super Urlaub an der Ostsee
Alles in allem super Ferienhaus. Tolle Einrichtung, super Lage, gibts nichts zu meckern. Wohnung Kindgerecht. Da ist so viel Spielzeug unser Sohn hat seine garnicht ausgepackt. Ein paar Dinge waren jedoch nicht ganz IO. Es gab Ameisen in der Küche, wurde gemeldet und wird sich darum gekümmert. Leider keine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Wird aber laut Hausmeister besorgt. Sonst an restlichen Küchenutensilien alles da was man braucht. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht ganz Familienfreundlich sonst aber ok. Die beschriebenen Multimedia Geräte Ware da aber mussten wir uns selbst anschließen. Jemand weniger technikbegabter hätte das sonst nicht nutzen können. Schlazimmerlampe hängt arg tief. Mussten immer wieder Kopf einziehen. Alles aber eher jammern auf hohem Niveau. Dennoch erwähnenswert. Ansonsten viel Platz. Es gibt 3 Erwachsenen Fahhräder, 3 Kinder Fahrräder (ab ca6 Jahre) einen Fahrradanhänger sowie einen Sitz für den Gepäckträger. Haben wir genutzt und war Fahrbereit. Kleinkindspielzeug im Garten nur bedingt zu empfehlen da schon sehr alt und brüchig. Terasse mit Grill war top! Haben 2 mal gegrillt. Hausmeister tüchtig und sehr freundlich. Hat unseren großen beim Rasen mähen auch mal mit Rasentracktor fahren lassen. Das wars denk ich.

Wir haben als Familie unseren Urlaub im Spätherbst in Ludwigsburg genossen. Besonders toll war der Garten und das super ausgestattete Kinderzimmer. Kleine und große Ausflüge in der Gegend waren kein Problem. Und bei kleineren Problemen stand immer jemand helfend zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

#### Tolle Unterkunft in ausgezeichneter Lage an der Ostsee
Wir waren relativ spontan eine Woche an der Ostsee... Besser konnten wir es nicht erwischen... Das Haus liegt super und ist ganz toll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Und man lernt ja erst bei Problemen schätzen wie gut etwas organisiert ist... Leider war plötzlich der Kühlschrank defekt. Noch am gleichen Tag gab es ein neues Gerät ! Danke an den super netten Hausmeister für die gute Betreuung.

Wunderschön restaurierte Wohnung mit großem Garten in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt geeignet (und ausgestattet!) für Kinder. Aber auch für Erwachsene super, die einfach ein paar Tage ausspannen wollen!

#### Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage
Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, ein vernünftiger Edelstahlgrill gehörte zu der Ausstattung, den wir auch täglich genutzt haben. Leider war nur die Spülmaschine defekt. Im Ganzen wirklich eine tolle Wohnung und Toplage. Wir würden wieder kommen.

#### Genau wie auf den Bildern
Es war ein absolut gelungener Urlaub in Ludwigsburg..den Kids hat es super gefallen mit den ganzen vorhandenen Spielsachen Zu spielen und draußen im Garten zu toben. Das Ferienhaus entspricht absolut den Bildern im Onlineportal..es gab keine bösen Überraschungen..Top!!! Vielen Dank für alles.

#### Super tolles Haus
Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Das wunderschöne Haus bietet einem alles, was man braucht. Am besten hat uns der große Garten gefallen und das uns Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen. Dirk, der Objektverwalter, stand uns mit Rat und Tat sehr freundlich zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
