"Beautiful hotel with the best grounds for relaxing, spa is good, can't comment on the food. Service was wonderful from all the staff, convenient location being a short stroll to the nearest tram stop that takes you into town and runs regularly all day, highly recommend to get away from the world! "Very lovely house! Excellent service and very friendly stuff! We felt like home! Room was clean and spacious! King size comfy bed! Excellent continental breakfast with big variety of food! Property has a swimming pool! Clean and in beautiful surroundings with greenery!!! Plus nice lawn and flowers around!!! Strongly recommend!"

"Hotel was a little out of town, which we knew. Nice walk into town across the river. 20-30 mins The room was a nice size & clean, but had no air-conditioning & was extremely hot. We slept with the windows open & was woken up around 7/7:30am on week days with the building site next door. Our safe batteries needed replacing we asked twice, two different receptionist for new batteries & they were not replaced, so couldn't use the safe. "

"Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "
