« This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence »

« Todo perfecto!! El servicio, el desayuno, la ubicación. Nos dieron una habitación que da al callejón Via dei Biffi por lo que nuestras mañanas empezaron en una muy apreciada calma. Cuando terminen de desayunar en el último piso, antes de subir al elevador, suban por unas escaleras metálicas de caracol, da a un mirador a los alrededores del hotel. El hotel está a pocos metros de la Catedral de Santa María de Fiori y a dos cuadras de la Galería de la Academia. Definitivamente recomendable si ya es...

« What a great hotel to stay in. In a great spot in Florence old town close to restaurants shopping ponte Vecchio Bridge. Very strong customer service from all the employees. « Everything was excellent. One of the nicest places that we’ve stayed in Europe or anywhere else. In a nice historic building right in the middle of The Piazza della Repubblica, close to everything you prob want to see or a very short walk for the most part. Close to the train and bus stations if you are traveling to other cities (like we did) or going to the outlet mall. Only drawback if you can call it that is the TV situation, which I can’t really be too upset about. You will need to buy or...

« Quel chance d avoir choisi cet hôtel !!! Un personnel d une gentillesse !! Difficile d aller jusqu'à l hôtel avec les nombreux sens interdits. J ai donc laissé la voiture à 500 m et une personne m a accompagné pour me guider !! Je recommande cet hotel ou la chambre était d une classe toute italienne et le personnel au petit soin pour le client !!! »

"Todo perfecto!! El servicio, el desayuno, la ubicación. Nos dieron una habitación que da al callejón Via dei Biffi por lo que nuestras mañanas empezaron en una muy apreciada calma. Cuando terminen de desayunar en el último piso, antes de subir al elevador, suban por unas escaleras metálicas de caracol, da a un mirador a los alrededores del hotel. El hotel está a pocos metros de la Catedral de Santa María de Fiori y a dos cuadras de la Galería de la Academia. Definitivamente recomendable si ya es pesado caminar a todos los lugares."
