"The hotel was very nice but the staff were amazing. The front desk staff helped upon check in and were helpful and friendly. I had to call housekeeping twice, first I needed more bedding for the pull out and later for down alternative pillows. Everyone was friendly and quickly helped us. I would stay here again "

"Low on tp, Kleenex and ran out of shower gel, so housekeeping may not have stocked our room. However, we used the bar soap and it did the job. This is a good review; we had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and comfy, and it wasn’t too loud. Every employee we came across was accommodating, taking the initiative to ask us what we needed. Loved the touches like lemonade in the lobby. It was a special few nights in Philly, and we arrived tired after both working the weekend. Vicky at check-in treated us like VIPs. She made our visit better and started things off on such a positive note. Thank you!"
