The family rented a home for the first several years prior to building this one from a kit in 1911. It is located just north of the Gonzaga University Campus. The house is 1,350 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. « The home was very clean. The bed we slept on was fabulous.! We had all the amenities we needed as two people. And a small dog. We felt comfortable walking our dog around the block. We liked that we could pull up into a driveway. We had all the amenities needed for two people and a non shedding dog. If there were more people staying with us, I would request more bathtowns. Also, the floor was very slippery. Since they just finished oiling the floors That is very understandable. »
