I was honestly dreading staying at this hotel based on all the bad reviews so maybe my standards were low, but keep in mind your booking a room in a small town. It was great! Booking was easy, the staff is very friendly, it was quiet. The food at the restaurant was so good! I ordered wings and a blt, my only suggestion is to change the gravy, literally my only complaint about my entire stay was gravy... The two men working in the restaurant really take pride in their job and they offered to bring out food to the room. It was infested with bugs, I never had anyone clean my room, windows were cracked, window panels were missing, I didn’t have a security latch (just the door knob), no A/C in +40 temperature, I had one pillow case with two pillows, a flat sheet with no fitted sheet and a blanket, miss matched towels, holes in the walls, exterior siding was falling apart, there are ANY amenities!!! The pool table, nonexistent! No sign for the lobby, the young student that works and lives there full time will show you where it is and will unlock it. No phone in your room. Literally, stay in your car before staying in this place! The area looked old and abandoned.The bed had only a mattress pad, flat sheet and blanket. When we pulled back the covers there were a couple of bugs on the bed.
