Trails meandering through the woods offer a private and relaxing hike. Animals such as squirrels, bunnies, turkeys, and many many deer frequent the property on a daily basis.Outside, the large front porch offers a swing and a glide for a relaxing setting where you can watch the sunset, stargaze or just take in the view. The back of the home offers a grass grill, a covered building and a fire pit. Inside, the first floor are mostly all pine wood, giving the farmhouse an incredible rustic ambiance in contrast to the brand new furniture, appliances and electronics. Newly installed Mr. Cool mini-splits for AC/Heating, keeps the farmhouse at just the perfect temperature for you and your crew. The dining area features an oversized kitchen table with 8 chairs with an outside view of the woods. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and drinking glasses. We offer all new black stainless kitchen appliances. Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, linens and towels are available.The living room has a sofa, loveseat, chair and a smart tv perfect for streaming the included Netflix account, or streaming any of your own personal streaming services. The first floor also a newly renovated bathroom with a large walk in shower and the master bedroom offers a king size bed with all new bedding and pillows. All of our bedrooms come with a ceiling fan and its own heating/cooling unit. The remote for the mini-splits are hanging beside the light and ceiling fan switches.The second bedroom offers two queen size beds with new mattresses, pillows and linens.The third bedroom offers two full beds and two twin beds with all new mattresses, pillows and linens. As many reviews stated, the Farmhouse is very clean and tidy. The host thought of everything you could want and need, plus more. However, there were also many things that your normal VRBO doesn’t offer. We got to feed the deer and watch them only a few feet away from the hot tub at night. They are there all the time. We enjoyed our stay at this quaint farmhouse so much! The house was so beautiful and had so many thoughtful touches! And I guess I did not read the description very well but was pleasantly surprised there were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The house was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean, tidy and very well kept. Plenty of outside space, with a nice front porch, a very good fire pit area and grill. The grill was under a roofed pavilion and there were corn hole boards to use as well. There was a hot tub that we didn't use but would have been nice. We got to meet the owner and she was very pleasant and showed us all through the property when we checked in. It is an old farm house but has been renovated nicely with modern features. The place was nice and clean when we arrived. We really liked how the house was decorated and the kids loved the layout of the kid room with bunk beds. The kitchen is very functional with newer appliances and was well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. The hot tub is a nice feature and we used it daily. The property is large and sits on a quiet road with little traffic. The only drawback was that it is about a 20-30 minute drive to get to Hocking Hills State Park, but isn't far from Logan. The hosts were great and met with us as we arrived, and checked in after the first day to make sure everything met our expectations. The kids and I had fun playing the ring/hook game in the shed and exploring the nature preserve surrounding the property. ##### Mike H. They are very hospitable, intentional, thoughtful, and detail oriented. The house is well maintained and designed. The decorators farm chic is on par. The property is gorgeous, boasts beautiful views and farms all around. There was so much to do on site, hot tub, fire pit, grill, hiking, etc. The accommodations were excellent for our work planning & restoration retreat!
