Tons of room to relax, stretch out and enjoy. The pool set up and patio is great for hosting all of your guests. The location is great especially for the access to the Hatfield Trail System. Less than a mile to the trailhead! Gas stations in town; several bar/restaurant options all close to the house. Clean beds and baths. We had a 44 ft fifth wheel and without expertise driving you won't get your rig near the house. The turns are too sharp and tight in either direction of the road. We had to go past the road up to the hospital on the top of the hill all the way around to get the rig turned around to come back down the hill to get up the the road to the front of the house. When we left we had the back back down the road out onto the other Road to get out. Everything everybody else has said and all of the reviews are very accurate. We definitely enjoyed our stay but we were a group of 12 with four different trucks and trailers and parking was very challenging. Two of the rigs had to be parked on a different block below the house and we had to put our trust into the neighborhood and community that nothing would happen to them, and fortunately nothing did. ##### Charles S. It’s close to the ATV trails and the town is ATV friendly. The town itself was a bit of a shock when we rolled in. It’s a very low income community with a lot of empty and dilapidated buildings. All of the locals we met were fantastic and made us feel welcome. Some nice restaurants, excellent food at very reasonable prices. 3 Guys Pizza and Starters are highly recommended. The Steakhouse across the River in Kentucky was NOT good. Parking is tough because you’re on a hill. We were able to park two pickup trailer rigs in front and two on the street behind the house. It would of been nice to have trash cans in each room and we found beer cans outside and the outside trash by the pool was full when we got there. It was fun in the pool and they supplied a lot of clean towels. There was gas for the grill. It was a well taken care of house. Great for family or just friends. There was three old pizza boxes in the oven that were full of mold. The floors , I dont think were ever swept. We had to sweep the pool that was full of leaves and bugs on the floor of the pool. So we had to clean the first 3 hours of our trip. The pool water was very clean after we cleaned the floor. We liked the the large bathrooms and all the bedrooms. We'd come back again. Very cool updated and bizarre house! PROS Location, Ease, and Access to the Trails and Town Size of House, very spacey for large Groups Pool, Did I say it has a pool?! Plenty of Private Decks & Patios to hang out House had everything you'd need fully stocked! Dandees the local bar in town! The Great Neighbors CONS The Great Neighbors Cameras Everywhere Inside and Out & No locking doors No Garage only a large open Car Port No Firepit No Water Spicket to wash outside SxS radiators you have to hijack the pool hose to get water Jamies the neighbors' badass pitbull Don't park in front of Jamies the Neighbors house and all will be good Limited Trailer Parking if you have multi trailers without being a nuisance to the neighbors. ##### John O.
