This unique apartment of 42.39 m² will comfortably accommodate 3 people. It is an excellent choice for a family stay in Lodz or for business travellers. The flat charms with its decor, which is arranged in vintage style. Each space has been thoughtfully designed so that the stay is of a high standard. Appropriately selected accessories give the interior character and express the apartment's individual style. The living area with access to the balcony is a comfortable space where a soft, comfortable sofa with a sleeping function invites you to relax. The apartment is located close to the very centre of Łódź at 90A Żeromskiego Street. This excellent location provides convenient and fast access to all attractions of the city. The property is located about 1.2 km from one of the most important points on the map of Lodz - Piotrkowska Street, which is the longest shopping street in Europe. The charming street with its picturesque, historic tenement houses is an excellent choice for a romantic stroll. The surrounding area provides numerous restaurants and cafés, which undoubtedly add to the attractiveness of your stay (200 m Bistro Book&Cook). The city of Łódź, famous for its industrial architecture, also provides relaxation surrounded by nature in its many parks. The nearest of these, Poniatowski Park, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The unique location provides guests with numerous attractions as well as all their daily needs. A developed retail and service infrastructure and close proximity to bus and tram stops is one of the advantages of the immediate vicinity. Small grocery shopping can be done in Żabka, which is 500 m away. The Łódź Fabryczna railway station can be reached by car or taxi in about 9 minutes, while the journey to the airport takes about 13 minutes.
