The park offers picturesque walking paths, quiet benches, spacious lawns, and a variety of plant species, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind in the bosom of nature.  
Piotrkowska Street is located close to the apartment. Piotrkowska Street is the most distinctive and historic promenade in Poland, full of life and a unique atmosphere. A multitude of restaurants, cafes, unique boutiques, souvenir shops, and nightclubs make it an ideal place for socializing. Piotrkowska Street is also the epicenter of all cultural events and activities, attracting concerts, film festivals, fairs, and various artistic events, attracting residents and tourists alike. Piotrkowska is also famous for its vibrant nightlife: in the evenings, when numerous bars, pubs, and clubs come to life, it becomes a hub of entertainment for locals and visitors alike.  
The Lodz University of Technology is located nearby. Numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, and service outlets are within easy reach, as are the Pasaż Łódzki and Galeria Łódzka shopping centers.
