Park Staromiejski Standard Apartment is located in an excellent area of Łódź, right next to the Manufaktura Shopping Centre. Manufaktura is one of the most famous and distinctive landmarks in Łódź, as well as one of the largest retail and entertainment complexes in Poland. It is not only a place for shopping, but also a space for leisure, culture, and entertainment.  
It’s less than a 15-minute walk to Piotrkowska Street — the most iconic and historic pedestrian street in Poland, full of life and unique atmosphere. The abundance of restaurants, cafés, unique boutiques, souvenir shops, and nightclubs makes it the perfect spot for social gatherings. Piotrkowska is also the epicentre of all cultural events in the city. Concerts, film festivals, fairs, and various artistic happenings are organised here, attracting both residents and tourists. It is also famous for its vibrant nightlife: in the evenings, as countless bars, pubs, and clubs come to life, it becomes the entertainment hub for both locals and visitors.  
  
Within easy reach, you will find numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, entertainment venues, and service points. Nearby is Park Staromiejski — an ideal place for a walk, jogging, or simply relaxing in nature without leaving the city centre.  
The apartment is also well-connected to the rest of the city thanks to numerous bus and tram stops and the nearby railway station (Łódź Fabryczna). This makes it easy for guests to reach other attractions such as the Atlas Arena, the spectacular city zoo, the botanical garden, or the Fala water park.
