We invite you to a meticulously designed one-bedroom apartment in a new, elegant building with an elevator. The interior, finished with an eye for detail using high-quality materials, was created for the comfort of up to four guests who appreciate modern design and functionality.  
  
The heart of the apartment is a sunny living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two and a 50-inch Smart TV. It adjoins a fully functional kitchenette with elegant, black-and-white cabinetry housing all essential appliances: an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A drip coffee maker will provide a morning energy boost, and a complete set of tableware and cookware allows for easy meal preparation.  
  
In the separate, quiet bedroom, a wide double bed guarantees a restful sleep. A great asset is the spacious terrace with lounge furniture, accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. It's a perfect oasis of peace in the fresh air.
