The living area, equipped with a doule sofa bed and a TV, is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. There is also a balcony with garden furniture where guests can enjoy their morning coffee. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, which guarantees a comfortable night's sleep. In addition, the room has a projector, which is ideal for lovers of movies and relaxation in a comfortable atmosphere. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, as well as a desk with a chair, so guests working remotely will be able to take care of business duties in comfort. The kitchenette has been carefully designed to meet the needs of both short- and long-term stays. It is equipped with a modern induction cooktop and an oven, allowing for hassle-free meal preparation. The functionally equipped and stylish bathroom provides a bathtub with rain shower, a toilet, towels and a special set of free toiletries. A washing machine is also available as an added convenience. All of the apartment's comprehensive amenities are complemented by access to multimedia entertainment, including a 60” flat-screen TV with Smart TV function, which allows you to enjoy your favorite applications and streaming services, and a fast and stable Wifi connection available in every room. The interior of the apartment is bright, elegant and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. Apartment located in a building on Legionów street in the center of Lodz. Less than 1 km separates the object to the bustling Piotrkowska street - full of atmospheric cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The street is a kind of city center, where you can spend time shopping, enjoy local culinary specialties or take advantage of numerous cultural events. It is an ideal place for both a quick lunch and long evenings spent with friends. Not far away - less than 10 minutes on foot - is Manufaktura, one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Poland. It's the perfect place to go shopping, go to the movies or spend time in one of the many restaurants. For art and culture lovers, the surrounding area of the property offers access to many interesting places, such as the MS1 Art Museum, which is 800 meters from the building. Here you can admire one of the largest collections of modern art in Poland. A little farther away, there is the New Theater, where theatrical performances and art events are regularly held. It is worth going to the Staromiejski Park (1.1 km), one of the prettiest green corners of Lodz, ideal for a relaxing walk or morning jog. The neighborhood is well connected to other parts of Lodz.
