The Space:  
  
This effectively landscaped studio is designed for two people and is located on the fifth floor of an elevator-equipped building. It is a great place for a romantic getaway for couples or a business trip for those who work remotely. The living area has a double sofa bed and an armchair. About the possibility of comfortable storage of brought things is taken care of by a capacious closet and cabinets available in the premises. This apartment has a separate kitchen, where a table with two chairs is available, as well as appliances such as a microwave and gas stove, among others, so that snacks and meals can be prepared efficiently and conveniently. In the bathroom, a shower, washing machine, toiletries and a hair dryer are available to visitors. Towels are also placed here. The apartment also offers a balcony overlooking the cityscape and green space, which can be stepped out on a break from scheduled activities to relax in the air. Guests can come here with their pets so as not to leave them at home for the duration of the trip. The design of the living area is dominated by a pastel shade of blue, as well as muted and subtle white. The kitchen, on the other hand, has been arranged using a distinctive yellow color. Walking among the impressive elements of the cityscape, as well as shopping for souvenir trinkets is certainly a great way to enjoy your leisure time. There are numerous public transportation stops near the property, making it convenient and easy to get to various parts of the city. An outdoor gym is located a 14-minute walk from the building, which is a great place for those who appreciate regular outdoor workouts and enjoy active recreation. It is a 22-minute drive to the airport and a 4-minute drive to the railway station. It takes only 4-6 minutes to walk to the nearest grocery stores Żabka and Stokrotka, and 7 to the Rondo Smaków restaurant. Meanwhile, it takes 16 minutes to reach the Manufaktura shopping center and the Museum of the City of Łódź by car.
