The Space:  
The apartment with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is designed to accommodate 4 people. It is an ideal getaway option for a family or traveling friends. The highly functional 52 m² space offers a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Equipped with a comfortable sofa, a projector with SMART function (access to the Netflix platform) and a bookshelf, the living area is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. In addition, there is a balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy a sip of morning coffee. The bedroom not only has a very comfortable double bed and a spacious closet, but also a desk with a chair, so guests working remotely will be able to take care of business duties in comfort. Multimedia in the apartment includes access to high-speed free Wifi internet. Comprehensive furnishings with necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment and multimedia ensure a comfortable stay. A complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and linens are provided to facilitate the start of each stay. The interior is bright, modern and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests.

The Neighborhood:  
Fully equipped apartment located in a modern building on Łąkowa Street in Lodz, a short distance from the city center. A 20-minute walk is enough to find yourself at the famous OFF Piotrkowska Street. Piotrkowska Street is one of the longest shopping streets in Europe and a representative landmark of the city, which is definitely worth a stroll. The modernized tenement buildings will definitely remind you of the city's industrial history, as well as showcase its modern character. There are plenty of restaurants and numerous retail and service outlets, shopping malls in the vicinity. The EXPO Lodz Hall is located 1.5 km from the investment, and Atlas Arena is 1.9 km away. Nature lovers are recommended to visit the nearby Ks. J. Poniatowski Park, which is an ideal place for a walk and relax in the big city (550 m). The location of the facility provides good communication with other parts of the city, thanks to an extensive network of public transportation. The Lodz Kaliska train station is 1.5 km away.
