This is a dynamically developing part of the city, a symbol of the modern metamorphosis of Łódź, combining post-industrial climate with modern infrastructure and urban lifestyle.  
  
Just 500 meters from the apartment is Piotrkowska Street, the most characteristic and historical promenade in Poland, full of life and unique atmosphere. Here you will find a huge number of restaurants, cafes, unique boutiques, souvenir shops and night clubs. Piotrkowska Street is also the epicenter of all cultural events and events. Concerts, film festivals, fairs and various artistic events are organized here, attracting residents and tourists. Piotrkowska is also famous for its intense nightlife: in the evening, when numerous bars, pubs and clubs bloom, it becomes an entertainment center for all locals and guests. In the immediate vicinity there are many tourist attractions worth visiting, such as the Museum of the City of Łódź in the historic Poznański Palace, the Archaeological and Topographic Museum, the Rose Passage, the Museum of Light, the S. Jaracz Theatre, the Łódź Philharmonic and the Grand Theatre. Near the apartment you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city, relaxing among nature in places such as the Old Town Park or Helenów Park.
