Come enjoy this beautiful riverside retreat! The house sits directly on the San Marcos River with your own private access to the water. There are large windows throughout the home that maximize the river views and there is also a wrap around porch to take in the beautiful natural surroundings.  
  
20 min to Lockhart (best BBQ in TX!)

\*Please note, you must go through one of the bedrooms to access the master bedroom from inside. However, the master bedroom has its own exterior door that can be used instead.
