"My grandparents stayed at this hotel back in the 1950s so I gave it a whirl. Good location within walking distance to most places in Ullapool and very self-contained with no need to venture out for meals. Large parking lot for easy parking. We ate dinner at the hotel as my 88 year old mother was tired. For breakfast we went to The Bothy Coffee Shop. Very cute and quirky place with indoor and outdoor eating space."

"Stoer Villa has an excellent location particularly for walkers and fishing, Do not be put off by its proximity to the NC 500 - simply not an issue limited traffic and just not aware of it inside. Kitchen is well fitted with all conveniences. Very good showers in the kitchen area and the en-suite upstairs. Double bed was comfortable and twin beds OK. Internet was weak."

"Lovely out of the way property, not far from NC500 route. This cosy cottage was well equipped and spacious enough the two of us and our dog. The weather was hit and miss but we managed to venture out every day and get some low level hiking in. We recommend the Falls of Kirkaig and Fionn Loch and Clashnessie Falls."

"Perfect location, heating took a while to warm the pod, shower and bath both great. The sign is missing for parking so not obvious where you should park. Other than that it was almost a 5 out of 5! "
