« It was a great stay in Loch Ness Gate House Apartment. There is very clean and spacious. Both the bedroom are very big. The king and queen bed are very comfortable. The decoration is also very tasteful. The best is the open kitchen. All cooking utensils are fully equipped, including salt, oil, sugar and dishwasher. I messeged the House from Hotels.com, and got a reply regarding the checkin arrangement 3 days before. I received a text messeged at 1400 on check in day from the House telling...

« Le seul point positif est l'emplacement, à 15 minutes à peine de Drumnadrochit et des principales attractions du Loch Ness. Pour le reste il n'y a rien à sauver. Déjà à l'arrivée pas de réception (et pendant les 5 jours où nous sommes restés nous n'avons vu aucun personnel du camping) et il a fallu demander notre chemin à d'autres clients... Pour rentrer dans la cabane il fallait un code, reçu par mail, et en ouvrant la porte le choc : sale, de pauvres tapis de sol qui font office de matelas, 1...

"Cuisine sale, escaliers encombrées de petit déchets, lits avec cheveux, douche avec moisissures, serviettes qui sentent mauvaise, matelas avec grands ressorts que l’on ressent. Night watcher qui nous réveille ds la nuit en entrant et qui ne daigne même pas nous saluer lorsque l’on quitte. Très mauvaise expérience. Il y a plusieurs autres hébergements qui semblent beaucoup mieux ds le secteur."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable — I haven’t slept that well in a long time. The self check-in process was really well organized, easy, and convenient. The hotel is perfectly located, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and super cozy — it feels like home right away. I highly recommend it!"
