"Torre Tessuti 3" is a large and comfortable apartment block located in the heart of Locarno, Switzerland, just 200 meters above sea level. With nine floors and an elevated position, it offers a sunny and convenient location in the city center. The building features a lift, central heating system, and communal covered parking on-site. You can enjoy amenities like Internet WiFi, parking, a tennis court, and an installment plan for your holiday rental. Within a short walking distance, you'll find shops, groceries, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafés, a pedestrian zone, bicycle rentals, and public transportation options.  
  
Outdoors  
The property's prime location in Locarno allows you to explore various outdoor activities and attractions. A marina, golf course (18 holes), tennis courts, minigolf, and a sports center are all within a reasonable distance. Nature enthusiasts can embark on hiking trails such as Carcada, Centovalli, Valle Verzasca, Monte Tamaro, Splash & Spa - Monte Lema, Monte Bré, and Monte Generoso. Additionally, you can enjoy the nearby Lungolago di Locarno lake and an outdoor swimming pool, both approximately 1 km away.

Additionally, the well-known lakes of Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, and Lago di Como are easily accessible from Locarno. You will find a 2-room apartment with an area of 50 square meters on the 7th floor. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults. It features an open living/dining room with digital TV and a flat screen, leading out to a balcony. There is one double bedroom equipped with a french bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The apartment offers modern and comfortable furnishings. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine (you need to bring your own Nespresso capsules). Other amenities include underfloor heating, a large 7 square meter balcony with south and east-facing positions, a smaller 4 square meter balcony with north and west-facing positions, balcony furniture, a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (at an extra cost), a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.
