In the centre of Solduno Nucleo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, traffic calmed area, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 400 m2 plants and trees. Private: outdoor shower, patio, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Public parking 500 m. Shop, grocery 500 m, bus stop "Solduno (Linie 7)" 500 m, railway station "Solduno (Linie Centovalli Bahn)" 500 m, sandy beach "Lido di Ascona" 3 km pebble beach 1 km, shingle beach "Maggia", thermal baths "Termali & Salini, Locarno" 3 km. Marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
