The property boasts a well-kept terraced garden of 400 m2 with plants and trees. It offers amenities such as Internet Wifi and Parking. Enjoy the private outdoor shower, patio, terrace (40 m2), and garden furniture. The house is equipped with central heating system and air conditioning.

Savor the tranquility of a quiet, sunny position on a slope, with a traffic-calmed area just 50 m from the edge of the forest. The shared terraced garden features an outdoor kitchen, an authentic Italian outdoor pizza oven, and a rooftop lounge, allowing you to embrace the alfresco lifestyle.

Please note that a stepped path with 30 steps leads to the house. Public parking is available within 500 m. Convenient amenities such as shops, groceries, bus stops, and railway stations are located within 500 m, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The 3-room apartment has a total area of 70 square meters and is located on the upper ground floor with a south-facing position. It is suitable for accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children. The bright and fully renovated unit in 2025 features a comfortable and luxurious furnishing style. The open living/dining room is equipped with a double sofabed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and provides access to the terrace and patio. Additionally, there is a separate room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) that also leads to the terrace with a south-facing position. Just an example, the open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine (extra). It also provides access to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
  
The apartment is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It features air-conditioning and underfloor heating (available only from October 1st to April 30th). The natural stone floors add a touch of elegance throughout the unit. The large 40-square-meter terrace with a south-facing position offers a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the countryside, and the resort. Outdoor furniture is provided for the terrace and balcony areas. Other amenities include a washing machine, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (extra charge), and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet access with a bandwidth of 200 Mbit/s is offered free of charge.

The property, known as "Designer Ferienwohnung Il Soldunese," is a non-smoking accommodation. As a unique feature, the rental price includes the use of an E-Fiat 500 Abarth and 2 e-bikes, with the rental agreement to be arranged on site. The apartment is designed for a maximum capacity of 4 people, with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one shower/WC and one shower/bidet/WC). Pet owners are allowed to bring a maximum of 2 dogs during their stay.
