Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht. Sie ist gut gelegen und das Zentrum von Locarno ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, speziell auch in der Nacht. Betten sind bequem und die Internetleitung hält bequem 2 Laptops mit parallelen Videokonferenzen aus. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, falls das gewünscht ist. Leider sehr warm im Sommer und etwas laut, da sich vorne und hinten je eine Schule befindet und die auf Seite Balkon auch als Treffpunkt bis in die Nacht genutzt wird - auch ausserhalb der Ferienzeit. Bratpfannen nur aus Metall, in denen ohne literweise Öl alles anbrennt. Fehlende Mikrowelle und Backhandschuhe, so auch keine Gefässe für den Ofen.
