The house "Sunshine" has 4 bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms with shower, a living / kitchen area, fireplace, TV, balcony, a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool bath as well as a washing machine and dryer. The house is not rented directly or indirectly to pets and is therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers!  
  
The open, bright living, dining and Kitchen area with an unobstructed view of the Mühlfeldsee can become the focus of your vacation time together. The large glass surfaces and light strips transmit the atmosphere of the four seasons to your “own” four walls.  
  
In addition to the high-quality equipment (underfloor heating, fitted kitchen with modern appliances), you can expect a harmoniously coordinated interior. From the south-facing terrace and the in-house sauna, you have a view of the crystal-clear Mühlfeldsee. At the same time, you have an exclusive private beach with direct, private lake access.  
  
With your modern holiday home right on Mühlfeldsee, you can enjoy your well-deserved days off on two floors with around 160 m² of living space. The spacious sun terrace and the 550 m² property invite you to relax, have a barbecue and socialize. Your fully equipped holiday home leaves nothing to be desired.  
  
The Mühlfeldsee is part of the Leipziger Neuseenland and is located directly next to the 2000-soul community Löbnitz in a charming environment with lots of nature.  
  
For a healthy breakfast & co, it makes sense to use the fresh products of the regional producers, some with delivery service.  
  
The holiday home area is largely delimited by a fence with an electrical entrance gate.  
  
To the west are the Seelhausen Lake and other lakes. These were created by the former lignite open-cast mining and belong to the Central German Lake District. To the north are the Mulden meadows and the 75,000 hectare Dübener Heide nature park.  
  
By car, bike and on foot, there are diverse and varied excursions and cultural offers. You can explore the nearby nature reserves in Leipzig's New Lake District and in the Düben Heath as well as the vibrant cities of Leipzig and Berlin, as well as the cultural highlights of Dresden and Potsdam or the Bauhaus city of Dessau.  
  
The cycle and hiking trail network is extensive. In this way you can also reach the mills in the area.  
  
If you like horses or Want to go horseback riding, visit the regional riding stables and experience a horse and carriage ride through nature.  
  
If you are looking for the thrill, then take a sightseeing flight or a parachute jump, with the nearby airport serving as the starting point.  
Leipzig, approx. 25 km away, offers you, your children and your friends a diverse range of shopping, relaxation, culture and sport offers - in any weather. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt. Das einzige was uns aufgefallen war ist, das eine Whirlpoolbadewanne aufgezählt ist und auch in den Bidern zu sehen war, die aber gar nicht mehr vorhanden war. Lt. Vermieter wurde sie mal ausgetauscht weil ständig kaputt wegen Sand, welcher in die Düsen kam. Kann ich verstehen aber uns wurde was versprochen was letztelich nicht da war und wofür eigentlich bezahlt hatten. Dies fanden wir schon sehr schade.Ansonsten top ausgestattetes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Das Boot was man nutzen kann ist ausreichend, obwohl ich mir dafür etwas breitere Paddel gewünscht hätte.Einzig für Aktivitäten muss man schon ein bisschen Autofahren, um zu ihnen zu gelangen. Nur das Skidiving ist wirklich fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit perfekter Lage am See.Nur im Außenbereich müsste nachgebessert werden.Fenster sind voller Spinnennetze und müssten mal gründlich gereinigt werden.Ansonsten alles perfekt.

#### Herrliche Oase

Die Umgebung und Örtlichkeit dieses Ferienhauses sind einfach traumhaft und bieten eine wunderbare, stille Oase zum Erholen und Entspannen. Das Haus selbst ist in einem guten Zustand, auch wenn es an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Eine Renovierung wäre hier und da sicherlich von Vorteil.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das Fehlen eines hochwertigen Kaffeevollautomaten, das ich in so einem gehobenen Haus eher erwartet hätte. Stattdessen gibt es nur eine Standardausstattung. Auch die Spinnennetze außen am Haus sind leider nicht erst seit gestern da. Es wäre schön, wenn diese vor der Anreise gründlich entfernt und überprüft werden würde. Gleiches gilt für den Grill, der bei meiner Ankunft leider nicht sauber war.Insgesamt jedoch eine wunderschöne Wohlfühloase mit viel Ruhe und einer herrlichen Terrasse mit direktem Seezugang. #### Kurztrip in einem wunderbaren Haus

Wir hatten das Haus für ein Wiedersehen mit Freunden gebucht und dafür war es einfach wunderbar. Es gibt 4 große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten die für jeweils 2 Erwachsene sehr großzügig sind. Das Highlight ist das Bad im EG mit Sauna und Whirlpool mit tollen Blick auf den See. Dazu gibt es schönen Wohn- & Essbereich. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir dank guten Wetter entspannt sitzen und grillen und wer möchte, nutzt das Boot um eine Runde auf dem See zu drehen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war reibungslos und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir (3 Paare) hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein schönes Haus und der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf den See ist toll. Einzig ein paar Abstellmöglichkeiten (vielleicht einfach ein paar Haken) in den Schlafzimmern und in den Bädern haben gefehlt. Und die Sauna ist schon recht winzig. Ansonsten war alles sauber und modern und gut ausgestattet.

#### Für den Preis ist die Qualität ungenügend

\+ ruhige Lage + See lädt ein zum Baden und Boot fahren - Das Haus war wirklich dreckig (sand im haus, in der Dusche, haare waren zu finden, sehr dreckige Scheiben, Fettflecken, haufenweise spinnennetze) - Matratzen waren mehr als durch gelegen (sehr unbequem und hart) - Sofa war stark durchgesessen - Whirlpoolwanne war defekt - Sauna sehr eng - obere Stockwerke bei hohen Temperaturen unmöglich sich dort aufzuhalten geschweige zu schlafen - obere Dusche defekt - grillrost war stark dreckig -der eigene Strandabschnitt war dreckig (es lagen Essensreste und mehrere Bierdeckel da) - Kontakt an den zuständigen Mitarbeitern eher bescheiden( Nachrichten werden gelesen aber man erhält auch nach Stunden keine Antwort)
