"Good location with easy access to beaches, airport, ferry terminal and city malls. One of the few places that had hot shower and washing machine. Gated community with a great pool area and gym that were well maintained. I enjoyed 4 months living here and would not hesitate to return. "

"The actual villa we stayed in was pretty clean, it is beautiful inside as well. Pool side area could use some cleaning/scrubbing. Staff were very helpful and nice, from the driver who picked us up and drove to the airport to the receptions and other staff. They were amazing to deal with, communication was awesome. "Excellent customer service with the best breakfast we had during our visit to the Philippines. Staff were always polite, smiley and helpful. Thehotek is new, and they are nicely looking after it. The beach felt premium with no street vendors able to harass you. Its the last hitel on a nice stretch of beach and its less busy than other hotels. One thing I would highlight! The bedroom walls are exceptionally thin, and we could constantly hear people laughing, screaming etc. This effected our sleep in the first 2 nights before I ended up banging on their door and telling them to keep the noise down. It worked, and we had no further issues with sleep. "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, clean, big, especially the shower. The breakfast team at Uma was excellent! Special callout to Eric and JM for their attentive service and friendliness, and Michi and Kim too! They knew what we needed or wanted even before we’d ask. Able was so nice to help resolve an issue we had. The front lobby staff were also very helpful, members were Bryan, RJ, Ryan, and Mike. "
