this is a really nice hotel. I liked my stay here very much. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Location, location, location. Walking distance to the cruise port. Wow great condition, just what we were looking for. A shuttle service would be nice from the train station.

Perfect city base
Nice, modern hotel. Very convenient for city and port. Very helpful staff. Public car park next door is cheaper than hotel car park underneath.

This is my second time at this hotel, the first time, 7 years ago. The breakfast very good which improved from my first stay. Location very good.

NH Savona needs more parking
Very good, business style, modern new hotel close to the Savona marina / cruise liner dock. Excellent nearby restaurant and breakfast choices (versus €16.90 per person NH breakfast) . A popular spot so parking is difficult and NH has insufficient parking on site. I had to visit 2 parking locations and wait and for someone to return to their car at 21.30 to get a space. Not what you want at the end of a long day. A long way (20 mins drive) from Corsica ferries Savona dock (my mistake).

The hotel is generally good, we didn't use the restaurant but the staff were friendly and helpful, the real left down was the internet the wifi was horrendous when we asked we were given the premium wifi which is usually chargeable which was just as bad. considering the cost of the hotel the internet must improve.

Not so great after all!
Negative experience. You have to ask for the air conditioning to be on- you don’t face access yourself!! We did not invite the last dropping or breakfast into our room because I was half dressed, but she walked in anyway. The mini fridge was not working - it was changed only when we asked, the goods inside were not changed. My friend who also stayed in the hotel received water in there rooms, I did not. We got funny stares from reception, prob because we highlighted issues. We tried to spend most of the time outside because it was so uncomfortable.

Hotel at the harbor
The hotel was a little difficult to find but had parking below it. You can find parking within a few blocks also. Rooms were comfortable and modern. The staff was of little help for a place to eat. Maybe they couldn't afford the prices? Pictures of the hotel was photo-shopped so the front didn't match the picture on your site.

Great Location for a Cruise from Savona
The location is good if you are taking a cruise from Savona. The staff at Reception was nice and efficient. The room was nice. The floor of the shower was oddly tilted towards the drain. Felt like standing on a slope. The WiFi was weak at times and could have been much better. Even the 2 star hotel I stayed in the night before in LaSpezia was superior to the product provided at the property. If I was taking a cruise, I would stay here again. Otherwise there was nothing special enough to stay in that area of Savona.

Lot of noises due to the street with all pub /bar and restaurant. Parking was not free, and breakfast to expensive. The door of the bathroom is not appropriate when you have to go to the toilet a real door would be much better.The rest was ok

Lively area close to the city center
The hotel is nice and in a great, lively location. On the downside, they have some clubs and bars around which won't close very early. Parking in the area is impossible, so you have to use the hotel parking. In our room there was no kettle/infusion, which I guess was a wanted configuration in order to boost the vending machine in the lobby, where you pay 1 euro for hot water - a bit absurd in my opinion. The mattresses were not so comfortable, may have been unlucky with that. The front desk service was definitely great and upheld by friendly and collaborative people. All in all an OK stay.

Highly recommend!
Lovely one night stay. Secure underground parking, just a little steep to get down the ramp if you have a low car! It is paid parking, but that's the norm! Check in was hassle free. Lovely staff. Room was brilliant. Very spacious with a gorgeous comfy bed! The area was perfect, so close to everything and a large selection of restaurants!

Checking in took a while. Probably had nothing to do with the staff but there were 3 guys in front of us who took a VERY long time to check in. So it in turn took us a long time to check in. Waiting in line is the last thing I want to do after a long journey.

Excellent location, however it’s situated next to a nightclub and the noise is horrendous up to 03:00pm in the early hours. Shame as the hotel is modern, clean, does a good breakfast and very handy for boarding the Cruise Liners if you do a Cruise. Due to the nightclub it is a very unpleasant experience for most travellers and you are not forewarned of the problem beforehand. The owners need to resolve the issue with the nightclub ASAP !!!

Everything went very smoothly, the staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. The Wifi wasn't working that well in our room, but we didn't need it so much anyway. The room was clean and it had everything we needed.
