### New Retreat - Villa Nautilus, Charming villa is located not far from Playa de Palma

Villa located 2 km from the beach, 15 km from the city of Palma and only 10 km from the airport.
  
 Wellness Spa Area, all rooms have private bathroom and dressing room, large private parking.  
 It has a splendid 1030 m² garden, planted with large palm trees, a salt-chlorinated swimming pool with beach area, an exclusive larger Jacuzzi Spa and an outdoor shower.  
 Bathroom and laundry next to the pool. Designer hammocks, relaxation areas, a 2.5 x 2.5 meter mahogany Balinese bed, outdoor sofas and admirable stone and wood sculptures.  
 \- Pool: 8 x 4.3 m. – Maximum depth 2 m.  
  
The welcoming entrance leads to a large living-dining room with fireplace, opening onto one of the porches where there is another dining room, a living room, a fully equipped internal kitchen and an external kitchen, as well as a 6-burner gas barbecue.  
  
 On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one triple with king-size bed and Tempur mattress, and another double, both with private bathroom, dressing room and heating and/or air conditioning.  
 Reading room and guest bathroom.  
  
 On the first floor you will find a triple room with private bathroom, 3 terraces, office, sofa bed, dressing room, heating and/or air conditioning.  
  
Amenities include Wi-Fi (dual hotspot), 8'' Dobsonian telescope, 50'' smart TV with Netflix in the living room and two 65'' smart TVs with Netflix in the master bedrooms, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.  
  
 From the terraces you can admire the sea and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana; at night, the celestial vault and shooting stars draw the scene.  
 Located in a very quiet area with wide streets, the atmosphere invites relaxation in the Mediterranean.  
  
 Maintenance of the property and the insertion of new features and elements are carried out regularly:  
  
 \*February 2024, large format floors on the main terrace, contemporary bathroom with rain shower.  
 \*Apr 2024, WIFI network, double access point, independent on each floor.  
\*May 2024, exclusive panoramic outdoor shower.  
 \*November 2024, 5 kW photovoltaic system.  
 \*December 2024, new exclusive large Jacuzzi/Spa.  
  
 The facility places particular emphasis on adopting appropriate cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.  
 Welcome gifts. Cot and high chair available on request.  
  
 Parking for 3 cars inside the property, easily accessible. Two bicycles are available.  
 The Villa is entirely reserved for guests.  
  
 The rest of the neighbors are a priority. After 11:00 PM it is generally mandatory to keep the volume low.  
 Cleaning included in the booking price.
